Good location when exploring the island. The Seamus pub was nice addition.
Spider webs in the ceiling wasn’t pleasure surprise. Hotel breakfast is very basic.

Considering the price we paid. very uncomfortable seating in bar, only space for a meal despite us having booked earlier.
Initially given a very dark deluxe room not very deluxe and not showing room we had booked on line. However, incredibly helpful staff resolved the difficulty and we were given a better room.

Wonderful and a beautiful place in a great location. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much!! Wonderful staff made us feel very welcome. Spacious room and bathroom, very clean and nicely decorated. Good breakfast and dinner. Definitely recommended 🤣

We were in room 8 at the top of the stairs. Very comfortable, big bathroom. the restaurant was excellent! Located at the famous bridge, lots of walking trails, easy to reach western Skye, Fairy Pools (start early, they sometimes have to shut down the parking by 10:30), and a straight shot to Portree.

we stayed in one of the refurbished rooms, it was very nice, comfortable, had everything we needed including an extra heater, the location was amazing, plenty parking and beautiful views

Gorgeous location, the hotel was super inviting, the bar/eating areas were cosy and warm.
The seats in the bar area were quite low down from the table so it was a bit awkward to eat.

The bathroom have clearly just been renovated and are lovely as well as being very clean, the location is perfect and all the staff (particularly the Gentleman serving food in the evening and breakfast) were top notch.
Also, great convenient parking.
The room had a layer of dust over everything (I will add not the bed which was very clean)
The main reason for marking it down is the poor quality, over priced food in the evening and the less than impressive breakfast.

It's centrally located in Skye, so made visiting the island perfect! Our room was large enough for our full party. The restaurant/bar had a solid Scotch selection and all in all food was decent!

Great hotel, with very nice staff. The food is good, would recommend Seuma's bar over the hotel restaurant (same menu, but a bit livelier, and a great whisky assortment). Great starting point to explore this part of Skye.
The rooms are a bit outdated but that's part of the charm, and everything is working and clean.

Waking up to see the Cuillins out of the bedroom window was pretty special but everything/everyone at the Sligachan was so good - and the whisky selection in the bar was mind boggling
