Completamente ristrutturato, questo splendido condominio fronte del Golfo è il luogo perfetto per le vostre vacanze al mare. L'arredamento moderno luminoso e la cucina completamente attrezzata offrono finestre in granito con un'ampia vista aperta sulla zona giorno e sul balcone. C'è anche una zona per ufficio per uso personale o aziendale. Il soggiorno dispone di un televisore a schermo piatto da 50 "a schermo ad alta definizione con un lettore DVD" intelligente ". Il balcone privato affacciato sul Golfo del Messico e sulla spiaggia è un ottimo posto per guardare il glorioso tramonto della Florida. Totally enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Check in with Resort Rentals was not customer friendly. After driving 14 hrs we just wanted to get to the condo. We were not sent a combination to access the condo. Had dead cell phone, no access to email or internet, Lady at Resort Rentals was rude and persistent about signing on to the portal. No phone, no internet, no portal access. You would think Resort Rentals would have a manual backup plan. Other than that, we had a beautiful time in St. Pete.

The good - a great place that was totally updated and had awesome Gulf views. The first day we arrived we were in awe of this place on how nice it was remodeled, and the wonderful views from the balcony. We were literally blown away and extremely excited to stay there. We thought it was paradise! Unfortunately, that all changed when we turned-in for the night. The bad - horrible bedding and linens in the bedrooms. The master bed was extremely hard/firm and made it almost impossible to sleep. The bed in the second bedroom was softer, but the bed linens were awful (pretty old) and really need replacing. There were four us adults that rented this unit for the week, and I don't think any of us got a good night's sleep. If you pay for a premium unit, it should have comfortable bedding and nice linens. Unfortunately, for us, this unit did not and we will not be staying in this unit again. We really enjoyed the location of the Lands End complex, but if we go back to that area again, and we probable will, we won't stay in this particular unit - unless we get a note from the owner that the bedding has been updated. Bottom line, this unit was nicely and recently remodeled, the views of the Gulf are awesome, but the bedding/linens was very subpar for a premium unit.

This property is amazing! Beautiful gulf view, short walk across sand to the water, gorgeous, high-end furnishings and decor! Could not be cleaner- it is immaculate! This is definitely our new place to stay in the Treasure Island/St. Pete area! The pool and amenities are fantastic!

The location on the Gulf is prime. The resort has a wonderful boardwalk surrounding which is used by all. But there is little to do close by , just a tired pool and tennis. No fitness room, no restaurant and no stores within walking distance. Management is overwhelmed and confused with rental requests and gives out very conflicting messages. It seems that deals are made behind the scene that exclude direct approaches and render commitments invalid.

In very good condition for a rental condo - comfy beds, Tommy Bahama furniture, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit & internet. Grounds, pool & board walk were well cared for. White sand beach was great for swimming & soaking in the sun during the day, then enjoying the stunning sunset at the end of the day.Gated property - felt very safe.Location Upside: Private & quiet at the end of the road - beach not crowded. Location Downside: Not walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend Land's End for a relaxing beach vacation.

This Condo was BEAUTIFUL inside and out. We loved our stay!! This area is very relaxing and the ocean sounds are amazing. The condo was spotless...the parking garage was set up amazing lots of room for full size SUVs. We really enjoyed the high end appliances, everything you could ever need is inside of the unit.....the views of the sunset is AMAZING!! We had an issue with our front door lock, but Resort Rentals were there within 20 minutes to fix the issue. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

We loved this condo! Great view of gulf. Nicely updated, super updated and everything we needed. My only picky complaint would be the plantation shutters in master bedroom were clunky to open and close to get out to the balcony. And the hot water ran to lukewarm for some reason after 5 min in the shower. Other than that it was perfect!

Lands End building 10/302 is beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and our experience there was just perfect. We love the facility and the property. We had a beautiful view of the beach and very close access. We plan to return often and request this property. The beach is private and perfect. The entire Treasure Island area is beautiful and is the perfect tropical getaway, but close to restaurants and grocery stores.
