Great comms from the host. The property was as described, very clean, had a fabulous view and met with our expectations.

The property is located up the hill so to walk down to Villafranche sea front there are a lot of steps down and then back up! You need to be pretty fit and mobile.

The view was nothing short of spectacular, even better than expected. The apartment was sparkling clean and in a pristine condition and the host was so accomodating and helpful. Everything you need was in the apartment, from beach towels to olive oil and spices to the complimentary bottles of water and rosé that awaited us in the fridge. Unforgettable!

Nothing

The property was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need. The views were breathtaking and we spent many hours admiring it. Although a little uphill trek to the property from the train station you would not get those stunning views lower down. The property is very close to two bus lines going to Monaco or Nice, or a short trek down the steps to the train station for places further afield. The property has access to the communal swimming pool which is very clean and hardly visited.

Going downhill to the train station or the beach was okay but the return uphill journey was tiring ( we are in our 60's). However we did find an alternative route by turning right on the main road and two minutes down the road go down the steps at Av du General Gallieni, which ultimately brings you into the old town. This was definitely easier on the legs than the steps on the way back to the apartment.

The apartment and views were stunning

There are no restaurants or supermarkets close only a bus ride away. The steps to beach ,port and station are at least 100. Only tried it once!

Billion Dollar View!! Wonderful big 1 bedroom apartment with very comfortable pullout couch. Full kitchen. Two big terraces with seating updated, clean, A/C, and elevator.

the location although uphill from port was worth the little climb for the fantastic view and easy access to the no. 100 bus route which gives amazing access to the whole coast !

A little traffic sound from the road but still worth it in every other way … an exceptional property and a Super host /owner

Lovely apartment with stunning views and a balcony overlooking the bay at Villefranche. A wonderful stay in pretty Villefranche. Buses run along the coast with the bus stops very close by.
