Questa unità è stata completamente ristrutturata con nuove cucine e elettrodomestici, bagni rinnovati, pavimenti nuovi in tutto e arredamento nuovo! Si trova all'ultimo piano questo condominio del Golfo è il luogo ideale per la vostra vacanza in spiaggia. Ha tutti i comfort di casa più una visione di un milione di dollari! Il balcone privato affacciato sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico è un ottimo posto per guardare il glorioso tramonto della Florida. La camera da letto principale ha una porta sul balcone e una grande finestra affacciata sul Golfo. Dopo una giornata trascorsa sulla spiaggia, lasciate che il suono delle onde lull ti dormi. Altri servizi includono una lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno così come due camere da letto e servizio internet wireless.

This condo was top notch! Plenty of room for four adults. Beds we’re comfortable and kitchen had all the amenities. Best part were the sunset views from our balcony!

prorerty and grounds very clean , well maintained , great veiw master bed a little firm for use but not enought to keep us from sleeping. The resrt does have a lot of rules but with just me and my wife that did not affect us. We stayed at first od November and breach was very vaccant , that was great

The property is well manicured and has a staffed entry gate that issues you a parking pass. Our room was oceanfront was well appointed and had a wonderful straight on ocean view. My only critique was that the beach (Sunset Beach) is well known to be LGBTQ friendly. To each his own; however, some of these “men” parade up and down the beach with bikini type swimwear that does not leave much to the imagination. And some of them as well as their conversations I happened to overhear are definitely not fit for children’s eyes or ears. Thankfully that activity was mostly only on the weekend. Many shops and restaurants are within a very short drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return.

Very pleased with this unit including top floor view and good balcony seating. Unfortunately we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ian after only 3 days and we drove back to Tx.

This is our second stay in Land's End and we LOVE it. Can't beat having a view of the Gulf from your bedroom! I enjoy every minute of the time I spend there.The unit could use a bit more amenities. For example, a little more soap, some dishwashing liquid (for handwashing), maybe a few more towels, etc.

The staff at Land's End were very profesional and helpful. The location was perfect. The unit we stayed in needs updating. The TV in the bedroom is old and the remote did not work well, the ceiling fan did not work, the telephone did not work , the general appearance of the condo was shabby. The bed was very comfortable and the views were great. I would return to Land's End but to another condo.

We enjoyed a week in Unit 405 in Building 11. The condo was well maintained and stocked with things we needed that you can't bring from home. I would suggest an upgrade to the cabinets in the master bathroom in the near future.

Our experience was great this is the third year we have stayed in this unit. Location is great pool and hot tub well maintained condo is always update. Had problem with internet but was hoping to stay in December again but already booked. Going to try a different condo in December 2022.

This was our first time staying at Land's End and the condo did not disappoint. The condo is exactly as pictured on VRBO. It was very clean, nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The views of the beach from the condo were great and the balcony although a little small had great views especially at sunset. This condo is in building #11 which is close to the pool and just a few minute walk to the beach. The only minor complaint is that the beds were a little hard but we overlooked that since the rest of the condo was great. The condo has a closet that has some beach/pool supplies such as a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and pool noodles which was great. The pool at Land's End was great, nice and big with plenty of lounging chairs. The workers at the condo are pretty strict, they walk around the pool throughout the day making sure people are following the rules. They are pretty strict about not having drinks in or near the pool as we witnessed throughout the week. The beach area was also very nice, not too crowded and the condo also has a kind of boardwalk that goes around the beach side of the condo and around the bay side of the condo. The condo sits at the end of Treasure Island so you are isolated a little bit from restaurants. Caddy's restaurant is about less than 2 miles from the condo and there are more restaurants further down and also in St. Pete's which is about a 20 minute drive or so depending on traffic. Overall this was a great condo, beach and location and would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo.

Our stay at Land's End 405 Bldg 11 was wonderful. I absolutely loved the clean, well-decorated, and maintained condo with its beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The only glitch we had was with the beach chairs, as we are avid beachgoers, and went to the beach every day. (There were four beach chairs in the condo closet, but one was broken, one had duct tape repairs and two were small and uncomfortable.) We tried to purchase beach chairs locally, but only lawn chairs could be found. Otherwise, the condo was very well equipped and we had a wonderful time.

1. The master bedroom bed needs a new mattress.

Beautiful sunsets
This condo at a gated community, beautifully decorated with a large master bedroom with window and sliding glass door that overlooked the beach left little more to ask for. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing to spend time there. Just what we came for.

Excellent experience from booking online, to contactless checkin, to checkout! Resort Rentals is the BEST rental company to deal with. Lands End Condo Complex is a hidden paradise for adults. If you have young kids please know there are rules that are strictly enforced in the pool area such as no floats, loudness, rough-housing, etc. Lands End is a classy place and that is why we LOVE it! Rest and relaxation...NOT party central. The premier condos are superb! You would want to ensure you book a premier and nothing else! This particular condo is no exception, 5 stars all the way! Beautiful, comfortable, and super clean!

We Jersey girls have been vacationing together for over 35 years, and the beach is No. 1 for us. We discovered Treasure Island last year, and fell in love. It has everything we love for a vacation....beach, sun, sand! This Unit we had this year was great! Loved sitting on balcony watching the sun set with iced cold cocktails! It had all the amenities you would need in a rental. Because of Covid-19, we stayed in and cooked more than usual, and we didnt lack a thing. We were disappointed that this unit was taken for next year, but we found another one 2 doors down that should work just fine. We love Lands End! The location is perfect for us, and the pool is big with lots of room to spread out! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Awesome condo. Loved It. My only complaint was we pay a cleaning fee for when we leave. We found toe nail clippings on several rugs. Means someone didn't sweep from previous person.

Beautiful views in an amazing condo
The pictures don't lie! It is located right off the beach with about a 30 second walk downstairs. Everything we needed was there and it was so comfortable. I will always come back to this place!

This is our third trip and we love it here. It’s been updated and has a great view. Only complaint is the master bed. The master bed has a big dent in the middle of the mattress and is not comfortable.
