Welcoming; exceptionally clean; room was spacious with high ceilings which made it feel very airy. The wooden decor of the property was excellent- finished to a very high standard. Staff could not have been more helpful.

The rooms were large, light and very comfortable. High beamed wooden ceilings gave the room an enormous spaciousness. The bed was very good and firm. The large open bathroom had a rainshower. The breakfast was varied and fresh. We also had dinner in the restaurant. Very tasty and creative.

We have been revisiting this auberge over a twenty year period. We love the ambience and its location in a delightful small town in the Ardennes region of France. If you like a hotel with history as well as modern comforts, where you can enjoy a distinctive French cuisine in the evening, then this is the place to stay!

Pleasant little hotel with very friendly owners and staff and greta food. This time, the choice in the restaurant was limited due to difficulties getting staff, but this the same everywhere at the moment and they did a great job. the new rooms are very comfy.

Our room was a large comfortable barn conversion with everything required for a comfortable stay. For motorcyclists there is a large secure garage. The breakfast was good quality. overall it is a pleasant place to stay

We weren’t informed until we actually arrived that there was only ONE item available on the menu. Because of this we had to have a pizza in a local bar.
