Location in the heart of city. You can find many option for food, and try Cengkih at next door, food its good!

The road close when we arrive on friday so we need to drag our luggage from parking to the hotel which is very spooky. The receptionist guy request for tax money when we arrive, we told we already paid to booking.com, he looks confuse and want to hold our key. Its 11 pm! We all tired after long journey, and just after we argue and raise our voice, he give the key. The room its not clean, you can feel that they dont clean the floor, we also found 2 towel that have been use at bath room. Dont expect toiletries here, they only provide small soap. No drink water, so please bring all your necesary here.

Environmental not bad

There is no water heater. That's the big problem.

Neighbouring guests quite noisy some evenings/nights.

The location is very good, easy to go to nearby place just by walking.

The tv was not functional, and seem to be an old fashion one. Hope the hotel can replace with the new one with several basic channel (at least use 'njoi') . The room decoration also quite dull with the wall only painted with white color, maybe it can be upgraded.
