El conjunto de las instalaciones.Como está decorado y aprovechado el espacio arquitectónico. El personal,solicito y amable.

Lo que se echa en falta son sitios donde colgar la ropa de baño tras el SPA.Todo lo demás tanto en habitación como instalaciones y ubicación fenomenal.

The staff were helpful and the restaurant was excellent.

The swimming pool was dirty and glasses were not cleared away from the pool area.

Location and beautiful room with AC and a large shower and bath. The Resturant was amazing too

The EV wasn’t working and needs to be upgraded to a proper charger rather than a normal plug socket especially when there are no chargers around this region of Spain

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for

Beautifully converted from a convent with lovely public rooms. Bedrooms very good with a large, well equipped bathroom. Both breakfast and the evening meal were very good.

Beautifully built hotel in old convent building very high quality and the most amazing beds very comfortable. excellent parking and great breakfast spread. The hotel is in great location in lovely historic town.

Soacious room. Tge restaurant serves very good dishes. All staff, only the reception, gives me a good feeling.

The front office/reception was rude…I couldn’t find my room number. Not very helpfully:(. By checkout no goodbye :( On this price level this is impossible service!!!! The lady probably never heard that service has to be always with a Smile.

Size of room, location, good selection of food at breakfast. Hostess at breakfast was wonderful.

Rude staff who were unhelpful and dismissive really set a poor tone to my trip and made me feel very unwelcome. Room had no view and opened from a greenhouse-style covered balcony with no fresh air. Rooms 35 and 36 are a sub-par experience compared to the rest of the hotel so be warned! No communication between Spa and hotel despite purchasing inclusive access through booking com. Had to politely insist this was already paid for and told "no, we don't do that". No information provided by front desk on arrival, felt rushed out of the way and staff complained about last minute reservation and my 1 suitcase. When I returned the next day to enquire about access to the Spa was told simply "go when they are open and ask yourself". Signage in hotel is unclear so even that was a struggle. Had to make my own bed each night because duvets were layed between flat sheet and duvet cover and found fingernails in bed. Maintenance in the hotel was poor with unattended to issues and/or sloppy repairs. I went for a relaxing experience and felt serious anxiety and regret instead.

We thought breakfast was rather expensive so decided to eat out at one of the many cheaper options.

Didn’t have breakfast- our choice - but used the restaurant for our evening meal, absolutely excellent, timely served excellent quality and attentive, polite service- impressed

You ask what we didn’t like - Nothing we didn’t like but a constructive comment, as in many old towns the one way systems and parking/garage locations can be difficult for a traveler- so a small map on the web site could have been useful
