The room unfortunately had a very unpleasant odor, which impacted my comfort during the stay. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the guest experience

Everything and the Staff is extremely courteous and helpful.

Location of Hotel was very good ; The rooms are big and view is quite relaxing. Breakfast was quite good ; The customer service is of good standards. The gym, spa and pool was very good

The hotel's general maintenance is unsatisfactory and doesn't comply with the luxury of 5 star standards. The carpets and soft furnishings are old and worn out and needs refurbishment urgently. The room was giving a bad odour while checkin and had to call the house keeping to spray room freshener. The washbasin are blocked and general cleaning is unsatisfactory

Spacious and modern room, friendly check-in staff. Staff willing to provide another seat (upon request) at breakfast as the coffee machine area was too noisy.

Well maintained facility with good amenities

Genomgående god standard. Nära hitec city där företaget jag jobbar på har vårt kontor. Extremt service minded personal som tar mycket väl hand om dig oavsett vilken funktion de har. Alla tjänster höll mycket god kvalitet, hämtning lämning på flygplats och bilservice till och från kontoret var punktlig och professionell. Hotellets gym använde jag varje dag och det höll mycket bra standard. Rummet och loungen på plan 21 samt frukost och restauranger på hotellet höll mycket bra standard och perfekt service.
