It was quiet

Staff were very unhelpful, they didn't seem to have our booking. Didn't try to communicate and charged more than booking.com. Swimming pool was empty, no explanation. Breakfast was due to be served at 7 but there were empty tables and no one appeared until 7.15. Would not recommend this hotel, very poor

Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y tienen excelentes vistas.

En la cochera había un buzón tapado solamente con una tabla, lo cual podría ser peligroso.

Chegamos às 17h no hotel para nos hospedar e a gerente sra JANETE disse que o hotel estava cheio e que nós não teríamos direito a reserva (eram 4 quartos duplos reservados no BOOKING). Ficamos muito tristes com o acontecido, viajamos programados e isso provocou prejuízos em nosso cronograma de viagem. Foi muito constrangedor para nós a situação. Descarregados toda bagagem dos carros, 4 casais.... subimos as escadas até chegar à recepção do hotel, chegando lá.... fomos impedidos de nós hospedar. Mesmo mostrando as reservas feitas , com mais de 24h de antecedência.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me with my flat tire. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was on site parking for my car. The place was easy to find.

The water to take a shower was barely warm. Ants in the bathroom. Cash only upon checkout. I was lucky I had the cash. Otherwise I would’ve had to hunt down an ATM machine in a small town.

The hotel itself was very nice. The location is great and there's a wonderful Ceviche and Trucha restaurant about 2 mins walk from there.

They claim online and on site that they accept credit cards. However, the hotel was taken over by new management a while back and under the new management they still don't support credit card payments. The staff directs you to an ATM nearby if you don't have cash on-hand, and withdrawing cash is around US$5 in fees. So add that to the bill thanks to their dishonesty about accepting credit cards.

For such a small village the place was nice and unique. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the coffee was really good! The pet deer was adorable.

Couldn't get the hot water to work and the rooms were a little cold, had to get extra blankets.
