Questa casa ha avuto recenti lavori di ristrutturazione; tutti e tre i bagni nella casa principale sono belli con cabina doccia, nuovi vanità, servizi igienici e lampadari. Nuovi pavimenti sono stati installati in tutta la casa principale insieme a nuovi arredi.

We had a great time and plenty of room in this beautiful house. 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed playing games and swimming together. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny area. We had a great time!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and will not be our last! We love how close the house is to the beach and Coligny, we can walk or bike to both. Our family ranges in baby to adult. Having the guest house is great for the family that needs a little space from everyone else. We love the updates to the guest house as well! The screen porch is perfect for gathering at night to watch movies together. This is our favorite house on HHI!

We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. It was the perfect location for a short walk to the beach and ice cream treats at Rita’s each night. It was the perfect set up for those who wanted to be in the pool or hang out watching sports on the TV on the screened porch. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back

Once again we had a wonderful time at Sandy Feet. It is in the perfect location to the plaza as well as the beach. This was our annual family vacation. Stephanie was great prior to our arrival and helped with minor issue during our trip. Looking forward to next year.

This property was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza, stores, shops. The teen boys loved having the guest house to themselves, the pre-teens loved the bunk room and the adults loved having king size beds for all! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed having so many beach toys/games/supplies.

This was our second year staying here. Pros: Spacious pool and great location. Cons: cleanliness. The main house is fairly clean although I wish the cleaning people would check under the beds as we found a pair of used shorts/underwear under the master bed. However, the detached house was not clean at all and was full of bugs/mosquitos despite our best efforts. It was so bad that my two girls ended up moving into the main house mid-stay and sleeping on the couch. I understand cleaners on the island are very busy, but there was a significant change in the cleanliness this year compared to our stay last year.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for our three-generation family. Everyone had a comfortable bed and place to chill out. The pool was perfect and we loved the screen porch. Kitchen was well stocked with adequate pots, pans, plates silverware, etc. Two refrigerators was a plus. Batteries on our smoke detectors went off but service man came and replaced batteries very quickly. Would Definitely recommend this house.

Great house / vacation
The house was great. The pool area had some garbage wrappers around that weren’t picked up prior to our arrival. The house wasn’t cleaned by 4 pm so we had to wait another hour or so before we could get in. The dryer didn’t dry very well I’m not sure if something is wrong with it and the oven needs to be cleaned as every time we cooked the smoke alarm went off. The master bedroom smoke alarm battery died and it kept beeping so we had to take them out. I emailed about it and never heard back from anyone. Besides these little issues the house and location were great.

Christmas vacation was excellent
We had our family Christmas in this wonderful home that was very spacious and centrally located on the island. The house has a great layout. We visited Hilton Head from August 21st-28th. Sandy Feet Retreat was the perfect house for our group of 13. When we arrived, the house was still being inspected after being cleaned, but we didn't mind. We were happy to get in the house. The bedrooms were big, bathrooms updated, kitchen was updated and a lot more spacious and user friendly than the original pictures showed when we booked. Garage had everything you need for the beach, which is right down the road. Back yard pool was bigger than expected, and the screened in porch was nice. Our week there was very hot and very humid so we did not sit outside until late in the evening. If there is one bit of advice for the owner, being more prompt on fixing things or replacing them. Some of our pool chairs were broken when we arrived. The cleaning inspector was notified and we also called the office. Nothing was done with it. There were plenty at Walmart down the road but I wasn't supplying them. There was a service guy who came to fix the outdoor fridge, but we didn't complain about that, a previous guest must have. With that being said, a great home to rent. We would absolutely stay there again when we come back.

This is the 5th year we have rented this property. Over the years the house has had some amazing renovations. This last trip the house received a new kitchen. It was amazing. Cooking is so much easier with the extra space. We will be back next year.

We had 10 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant. There was plenty of room for everyone. We did not feel crowded. The kids loved the pool and plenty of room to run around. We were close to the beach and Coligny.

Family Vacation
We had a great time. We had entire family there & had plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the bikes that were stored in the garage as well as the pool toys. Shopping & the beach were well within walking distance. The property manager was very receptive to our questions and got back to us immediately.

#perfect vacation home
Easy to find on app. House was described to perfection. Hopefully our family makes it back to rent this house again. No need for car after checking in. Everything in walking distance. No words to describe the feeling when you're riding a bike on the beach. Love ❤️❤️ this house.

The pool area seemed a little old and there was no fan over the bar in screened in room. Couldn’t sit out there due to excessive heat. Pool was also too hot to be refreshing.

Great vacation!
Overall it was great! Only issue was the outdoor room. It was very hot and there was no fan near the bar. Also pool area looked a little tired. Pool was so so hot that it wasn’t enjoyable.
Otherwise main house was updated nicely. A larger table would have been nice but still had a great time.
Location was great! Short walk to beach. House was stocked nicely with chairs and wagons.

Great pool and close to Coligny
We are 15 year HHI vacationers and have rented all over the island. This property will be one of our new favorites. The pool size is great and the space is very nice for a large group. Only complaint but minor is spotty Wifi.

Newly renovated inside but issues with hot water, cable and screen porch electrical issues prevent a 5 star. We had a great time. The pool was great other than no one could tell us how to use the waterfall. Beach supplies were awesome and proximity to beach and coligny was great. This property was nice but lacked the wow factor due to simple issues. We were without cable and wifi for three days due it gfci tripping in patio and frying the cable amp. The cable guy told us their 4th trip in 2 months. Hot water would not accomodate the main house before dinner. We had 7 adults and only half had hot water. Pool would get really cloudy and my pool experience tells me that could have been mitigated with better circulation and use of waterfall. Pool guy shows up midday Wednesday and use so much chemical he told us to stay out 3 hours so we essentially lose use for an entire afternoon. Dont get me wrong, for the price and location this was a great trip but wanted to share these minor things as some people might get upset. Overall good time but no accommodation from the property manager for the issues. Not even a nominal future discount. Our family has rented for over 20 years and anytime issues like this occur, we have been offered dinner, future discounts or refunds. We never except as we know issues can happen but it is about the gesture and wanting to make it right. If these few things were properly addressed this could easily be a 4 star maybe even a 5 star for the price.

Overall good value for economy house
Overall the price for location was good. House was recently renovated inside which was nice but small for sleeping 10 in main house. Beach suplies, bikes in garage etc. were excellent. Pool was a great size but the waterfall was not working as advertised and the rental manager nor pool guy knew nothing about it. I think that running would have prevented the water from clouding so much and the pool guy needing to put so many chemicals in at noon on wednesday which made us unable to use the pool for 3 hours in the middle of day. While we had a great time, the 3 rating is just based on past 20 years of renting houses. Small issues that could easily be fixed and raise the rating. The screened in porch kept tripping a breaker and actually fried the cable amp which left us without cable and wifi for 3 days. The cable guy said the 4th trip there in 2 months so something needs addressed with the electric. The porch area was nice area and the guest house was nice for the kids. Easy walk to coligny and beach and lots of chairs for the beach. Only other bad thing was not enough hot water for even half of the 9 staying in the main house to have hot water before going to dinner. As you can see mixed emotions. Great vacation and happy for the use of the house but wanted to share these minor issues as I know some people would be upset. I was a little surprised that the property manager offered nothing for the loss of cable etc. Even something as simple as a minimal voucher for a return trip in the future. We quickly burned threw mobile data quickly without wifi and 3 of us having to stay in touch with work. Once again not enough to ruin a great trip but lack of concern from property manager will have us looking elsewhere in the future. This is also one of the few houses where have rented where we didnt have access to the owner to share concerns. Usually owners are reaching out before and after trip. Don't let this review discourage you from this house as it is a great price for what you get but know you could uave some mi or glitches.

Extended family vacation
One of the better places we have stayed at so far. Each year for the past 15 years we pick a beach on the east coast and this was the best so far. Walk to every thing. Nice house. Nice pool. Nice beach. Nice community. Definite recommend.

We had a great 3 generation vacation together. The house is perfect for our family. The children loved the pool, the easy access to the beach and the bike paths. We loved the comfortable breezeway. There were also lots of beach toys in the garage for our use. A guest does need to be agile and not too large to be comfortable in the guesthouse. The new bathrooms are lovely. The management even brought us a bag of ice on Sunday and moved quickly to take care of a problem with the ice maker.
