Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room. Good location also, it's a bit further to walk to the city centre, but we actually prefer this over staying right in the busy centre.

Perfect place for a night

Room 33 does not meet the expectations which we saw in the pictures.

Good and easy check in even we arrived when the hotel has closed already, room was clean.

The bed was very small (1.40 max), and there was a auper annoying something (maybe animal) in the roof so that it was really hard to sleep. Floor is in carpet what i personally dont like.

Small, clean, comfortable room with en suite shower & loo. Hotel conveniently situated.

A bit more desk space would have been welcome.

The room was spacious and clean.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for families with babies because to get to the hotel reception it is necessary to climb stairs.

The room we have got was a family room, we stayed as a couple. Not sure why as it must seem like they ran out of the rooms we have initially booked(comfort double room) and provided us with a family room.

The ceiling was so loud! we could hear everything what has been happening from above us and with every small step of the guest from upstairs the ceiling would squeak badly, which did not let us fall asleep and woke us up in the morning.

It is outdated, not very clean and the elevator did not work well.

Some parts are renovated but not everything. There were no curtains so the room was lit by streetlights all night. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Did not sleep at all. TV is tiny, far up on the wall and volume restricted - can barely hear what’s on. Walk to city center is about 20 mins. The ‘hotel parking’ is about 300 m away and costs € 9/night. Road parking is cheaper and closer.

It is conveniently located near the tram which takes you to the city center and central train station. Staff is super helpful.

It is located in a old building which has been renovated, therefore, you can hear a lot o noise coming from the other rooms, even when people just walk. Rooms are not super big, so good for a short stay. As the hotel is located on a street where there is the tram line, it is a bit difficult to stop near the hotel, if you come by car. The parking is not at the same building (located in a street nearby) and you need to get the keys from the reception. Can be a bit tricky if you have plenty of luggage.

at this price you do expect at least a bottle of water in the room. while those french hotel always look for saving the service provided become miserable and not worth the price.

The hotel is located good but quiet and is very well reachable by car. The hotel also tried to minimize the noise coming in from the street.

Very small rooms and the whole hotel is old, which comes with its side of quirks.

It was very cozy and clean, just a short walk from downtown Nancy. The room had everything we needed. Great for a short stay.
