be advised all units are at least 1 floor up, ours was 3 with no elevator. mostly an fyi if you have mobility issues since this added to the entire village being very hilly.

Amazing location on the perimeter of the city, allowing for incredible views from our 4th floor room (Note, whatever you bring....You carry up those 4 flights - in our mind worth it!). Included breakfast was substantial, nice selection of pastry/cheese/fruit/juice/breads. The on-site restaurant is so good that reservations for Both the terrace lunch ( amazing views), or dinner - this is not served on terrace, but tables on street or cozy interior. It was helpful we were escorted by staff, to our nearby paid parking space.

The location was perfect and the view out the window was beautiful! Francesco was a great host and was very helpful. We enjoyed having a kitchen and cooked our own meal one evening, which was really nice.

The big apartment is overlooking on breathtaking view of the valleys around montepeliciano , very large with full kitchen facilities (we didn't use it) bedroom is on second floor. Location just in the center

We loved the location of this room and it was such a cozy space. It was a central location to explore the town and we felt safe there. Staff was kind to us and provided breakfast each morning in the restaurant next door. We recommend this location!

Would be a nicer sleep if there were better pillows

It’s location in the historic centre of Montepluciano. Enormous room on two levels which was warm and comfortable, free car parking 100m from the hotel. The Osteria restaurant is charming and very popular with locals (always a good sign)serving typical Tuscan cuisine we ate there on our first night and the food was of a high standard. It’s important to book the restaurant in advance as it was fully booked on each evening when we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and the way it was served was the best that we have experienced in these Covid times, your table was laid out with many different food choices, cold meats, cheese, yogurt cakes and more.

The bathroom although well appointed with a Spar bath is looking a bit tired and could do with some redecoration. Apart from this there was nothing else to dislike.

The central location could not have been better, and the young man who helped us arrive and check in was super efficient, including directing me to the parking spot down the hill from the hotel. the apartment was spacious with excellent beds and bathrooms. Restaurant food and service so-so. Breakfast was better than dinner.

Honestly everything was amazing! The staff were so helpful and so welcoming and accommodating going above and beyond. The location was amazing right in the center. The room also was just spectacular almost too much room! So comfortable, such a great feel. We came in the summer but it feels like it would be so amazing and cozy in the winter as well. We will definitely return!
