Tune hotel is perfect for a good rest in the transition time. I like the room because: It is very neat and clean. It has air conditioner and fan. Some hotels which I have been staying don’t have air conditioner, only fan, which is not enough to keep cool. Another thing I like is that it has the ventilation system, which keeps the room has cleans air all the time. That is importance for our health. As I had experienced when staying some places where there’s no ventilation. So, when I just opened the door, I could smell the bad air, and I felt hard to breathing for the whole time staying. The staffs in Tune hotel are very friendly and helpful. They make my time stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks guys! I also would like to show my appreciation to the staffs who keep the whole hotel clean. Because I stayed for four days. So, sometimes I walked around, from the outside to every floor of the hotel, and I saw how hard they worked every day to keep the hotel clean. Thanks everyone for making us, the guests, to feel safe, relaxed, comfortable and enjoy our time staying! 🙏👍❤️

Reception guys were fast,

It supposed to be stopover sleep for whole night. Instruction are tricky because is different Tune Hotel Klia which you have to wait by transport ( not often during night). So I spend 45mins. waiting for transport, than other 20-30 mins drive to hotel, check-in, shower and sleep in small room but little bit noisy based on guest coming and going and early morning transfer back. Not the best sleep, plus taxis dont want to take you there !

The staff could not have been nicer.

The room was dirty, the shower was not clean and had just been used before I got there. The room was so tiny that I had to move the bed to get in the bathroom. The location is in the middle of no where. No where to buy food and I was hungry. I got pot noodles in the end. I will never stay there again. The building is like an old communist building in soviet russia

The thing is that I was put not in this hotel but at the hotel located at the airport, Terminal 2. So everything was very close and it was comfortable to get my T1. This hotel is much better and bigger than Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis which is also nice.

Everything was just perfect.
