King Room Golf View Finally after several decades, the hotel is being renovated with a fresh look. Despite its new look, there are also some shortcomings. The long bath does not have a shower screen as such the floor gets wet easily. In addition the toilet smells .. a repulsive odour of sewerage. Mold have also appeared on the ceiling, wall tiles and bath tub eventhough it's new. For a King Room for two, only one (1) bag of tea was provided but there were lots of packs of sugar !!! One the second day, the Housekeeping didn't replenish the tea bag. The most unpleasant experience is the breakfast. Main item is ala carte style. The fried beehoon was tasteless, soggy and all broken up instead of long strands. There was also nothing to shout about with the English Breakfast, baked bean was cold and tasteless. Sausage is also nothing great (cheapish). Plain and wholewheat bread provided but the jams were not even appealing (looks more like colored sugar gel). Since the beehoon was bad, we ask if they could just provide one (1) fried egg. That was not possible and will be chargeable !! Nevertheless we opted to order the egg .. Room : 3.5/5 Service : 3/5 Food : 0/5 [go get yourself a nasi lemak bungkus and you'll be probably better off]

Good comfortable hotel in a central location at Fraser's Hill. Clean, Good amenities. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Wi-fi is good in both rooms and central lobby (contra older reviews). Quiet and easy to relax. Nice view from the balcony. Good parking.

Corridor decor on the 3. floor is a bit old. Toilet flushing does not work well. Some hair in the shower.

Room and facilities very good.

Was feeling under the weather so didn't feel up to sampling breakfast—but that's no reflection on the hotel.

Great location for birding, went by foot to all the locations. Food was ok but a bit repetitive as I stayed for 5 days.

Balcony floor was green & slippery. Door to the shower was barely hanging on. I had no problem changing to a better room after my complaints.

Close to centre. Lobby area is large and airy. Got elevator.

Needs to be refurbished. Dark and dingy. Room - no internet decor out dated, broken power point, no air cond or fan and poor lightings. Puncak Inn is cheaper ,very clean and well maintained.

good price and good location. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food is good. I can reccomend the hotel restaurant.

Facilities are very old. Room smell bad. It is better to renovate toilets.
