No tiene enchufes en la habitación cerca a la cama. Me tocó cargar el celular en el baño porque no encontré

Location is ok
There is not night staff, the fire alarm was activated 5:00 am, it was false and took a while until someone showed up.
Comunication trough reserve was awful. Arriving at hotel, there was not staff, had to call and wait someone arrive to check in.
Shower was broken. Too much noise from appliances on the location, loose floor made lots of noise as well.

The Lady on reception was excellent, very helpful with problems on car parking. I will definitely go there again. Excellent location 100 metres from the centre square and Cathedral.

The location was amazing! Michelin star restaurants next door and another one a block away!
There was a problem with the electricity the first night but staff worked very hard to remedy the situation and I was moved to a better room.

The location is perfect in the city center near the main square. It is not far to the bus station. The hostal is excellent.
The disadvantage is that it is forbidden to eat in the room. There is no kitchen or tea or coffee making facilities.

No telephone in room. Steps up to get to elevator.

Very well located, just a block away from the cathedral and a 10 minute walk from the acueduct
the view to our room was dissapointing, we could only see the neighbors walls.

and the location wad perfect. it took only two minutes by walk from plaza mayor and Cathedral

No night service to take care of respect of guests. A lot of noise in corridors due to bachelor party group. Waking up every other guests talking loud and closing doors.
