Stayed in room no 409.Broken switch boards,smelly bathroom,stuck up door which was not closing properly despite complaining,unbroomed floor with hair strands .Room too congested compared to bathroom.

The money doesn’t worst the room and the facilities. I would definitely get a better resort with a beach view balcony or a hotel with pool with better hospitality at this price. The location like Vadapalani that has got many economy range hotels around..

We booked the room and requested checkin between 11 to 12 noon. When we entered hotel no one was about to welcome us in the reception but there were 3 members standing. We said we have booked the room they checked and said checkin time is 2 pm i said can u arrange us early even if you want i can pay extra but they were not respondinv so i cancellled there itself, but still t hey have charged me in my CC idiots Fakers Cheaters Money eaters

Breakfast was average and the hotel was good value for money!! $75/ night includes all taxes!! Went for 2 nights to see relatives.

Nothing to complain about.

They just denied booking stating they sidnt get any confirmation from booking.com.i showed them the email confirmation email and booking no and pin too.they just refused
