1. No sabía que era techo de lámina, no es de terraza, solo la salita de estar es de terraza. En el dia es muy tranquilo y el canto de los pajaros es hermoso pero en la madrugada se tiraban sobre la lámina y me desperté asustada un par de veces

Muy buena ubicación fácil acceso a la calle principal y puntos de interés. Muy buena atención y amabilidad del front desk.

I just aid extra for a friend to have a queen suite and she had a room the same size as my standard room

Lovely stay. Very comfortable room with towels and free bottles of water. Very clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Eduardo who runs tour office also picked us up from gautamala airport and drove us to hotel. He was very helpful with recommendations and organizing things for us to do. Claudia gave me a wonderful massage and they have a beautiful traditional Mayan sauna which is incredible!! Breakfast was well priced with a variety and location was perfect! Would definitely return.. No doubt.

Great room and staff! They were very accommodating with our poor Spanish! Beautiful gardens. Loved everything about the facilities and location.
Barking dogs kept us awake much of the night and walls were thin.

We could hear people having sex somewhere in the vicinity close to us.

They don't mention this on booking but the street the hotel is currently on is under construction. It's extremely difficult to get to (if you have a rental car which we did) and all the locals are yelling at you the whole time you try to go down the street. That was not a pleasant experience, the property could have been more helpful with this.

The garden is filled with flowering plants, close to commercial area but secluded enough to avoid the noise. Staff friendly, secure surroundings, inexpensive. Laundry service was quick.
Restaurant on the premises was adequate but noticed some cockroachs so I ate elsewhere afterwards. Many other restaurants available close by.

The room was tiny and dirty. Bed covers seemed very dusty.

The premise is very beautiful, quiet and well designed.
Room was large and the beds were comfortable.
Our room was clean, the facilities were in very good shape and the staff was very helpful.
Hot water and good pressure in the shower.
Water in the pipes weren't the cleanest - expected for the area and the hotel provided with water bottles.

Location is good, not on loud busy street but close to everything. Grounds are pretty and room was interesting with brick and would. Good shower with hot water. The little restaurateurtbattached to the hotel was convenient and good.
