Very new, modern and very nice appartment. We have the front view to the street. Very good location that is near both train station and the main spots.

The bed is not quite comfortable and some staff do not smile.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, clean, & the a/c worked well.

Had to park a little distance away but it wasn’t too bad.

Lovely hotel close to centre of Nuremberg

We booked a superior room as we have 2 young kids (below 3 YO) and it was a good decision to pay a bit more for the space. The room was comfortable and huge (40+sqm). The staff were very accommodative and put in 2 baby cot for our 2 young ones. The hotel breakfast is great and worth the €18 per adult. Kids below 5 eats for free. Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast.

No direct parking in the hotel due to conversion of the street to pedestrian zone.

Location was perfect and service was exceptional. This was my second stay at Melter and it was as good as the first! Highly recommended 👌

the breakfast was poor and lacked some menu e.g salads and avocado was of poor quality and the toilets in the dinning was unpleasant. Staff were unable to properly communicate in English

Beautifully furnished, large rooms. Very comfortable beds, quiet during the night despite being in central location.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was brand new and spacious. In particular the noise isolation was superb. We could not hear any street noise and even the AC was super silent. Also the shower was really great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We would easily give 9 out of 10 stars if it wasn’t for the very loud beds. Due to the crinkly-sounding mattress covers we often woke up when the partner turned around. The AC situation was also odd. At first the staff didn’t activate the AC and then they deactivated it again. Since the night service line didn’t seems to work (the phone didn’t ring), we ended up having two hot nights. What’s a little puzzling is that the staff didn’t seem to find this odd or worth apologizing for.

The room was large with a table and a kitchenette. The staff was extremely helpful as my wife broke her foot. They helped us with cabs, hospital visit, finding a wheel chair and getting a car rental when it was time to leave.

The air conditioning in the room did not work very well. It seemed to run all the time and not cool the room.
