We had an amazing start of our stay - we booked standard bedroom and thanks to attentive and really kind reception lady manager and staff we were upgraded to studio on top floor which were much larger and comfortable for 3 people, with huge balcony facing the pool and sea (many thanks again, we appreciated it). Ultra all inclusive stay is worthy - the food was tasty, we stayed 4 days and it was changed daily. Pool bar has enough of drinks and cocktails to choose from and bar staff is lovely and friendly, willing to prepare anything from its options. Hotel is not "on the beach" but close to their private beach - about 150-200m walk where their offer cold juices and water and plenty of free sunbeds and umbrellas. Hotel is also very close to the shops, 24h supermarket, pharmacies, exchanges, 25mins from Burgas airport - location is great. The staff worked really well to keep the hotel and surroundings spotless and very clean which is also a reason we are definitely happy to return again :)

The only thing was a bit strange - the balconies on top floor are not separated from other room´s balconies well, no fence or wall or something (only low paling) but I was informed there is a plan to complete it.

Amazing couple of days in June 2023 in this hotel. Nobel Hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. Ultra all-inclusive package provided us with one of the best food we have ever had in hotels, even 10 minutes before the end of the meal more fresh food was added, staff was really professional and always smiling. The hotel was also located just outside the beach with free sunbeds at the beach for guests! Finally massive thank you to Alex - the chef of animation who was the most positive and energetic person we've met and to Olga - the reception manager who was always helpful with all of our requests.

Animation team should be more active and visible... Its should be more things to do in the hotel but overall it was good holiday

The free private beach was very good and also the staff helpfull and the food is great! We arrived really late, but we could check in at the middle of the night!

The room was big and good, but the cleanness was really bad, the daily cleaning is nothing and when we got the room it was already not clean! please look under the cupboard, use vacum cleaner and the bathroom also need a big cleaning before every guest!

It is very close to the beach, it has a bar with free drinks, water and some orange juice, the food is diverse and very good at the taste, the pool is very big, in the hotel there is jacuzzi and pool, fitness room, sauna, solarium etc (for Free) in conclusion is very good for the 1261 leva for 7 nights

There was a problem with our room, but the manager, Mrs. OLGA, resolved with an upgrade of room. Mrs. Olga is a very implicated and dedicated person , a good manager. Thanks a lot !

I didn’t liked and is general that in Sunny Beach is a huge problem with the parking places

The food was very diverse and very good. The location is great as you have everything you need. The pool water was good for swimming and for the kid. The beach and the way to it were very nice.

The beach was a bit far from the hotel, about 5 minutes walk. There was an issue for us with the stairs as there was no ramp for the stroller.
