Hello Booking. Com, 1). I did not have proper container to gargle my mouth instead the housekeeping ask me to us my coffee mug! 2). My second day stay I had to request to replace my room slippers and water. The house keeping guy got upset! I warned him that I will write a comment on the website and immediately he said sorry and replaced what I paid for! 3). Internet 🛜 off and on :( 4). I had to share the pool area with their contractor which was carrying a helmet and looked like a taliban from Pakistan!! Overall I will not recommend anyone for a solo trip because the lift is cramped with government officials and large crowd for China . We were face to face in the lift! Covid 19 was worrying being so close inside the lift! Nothing Halal bout this hotel except some Muslim local workers with blonde hair.. Home stays are better and value for money if ur in this location!!

The one front desk stuff who assist me with a cut on my finger! He went down to the pharmacy to get for me the needed medical supply. The hotel did not have a medical kit! They came with 1 plaster ;)

good breakfast with lots of choice

Not much to like.

Breakfast was horrible only ate once even though I paid for daily. Rooms are very old all and literally feel like they are falling apart, not anything like the pictures. Bedroom doors didn't even have handles to open when closed, so it could be said that we had no privacy from our sons.

I think improvement for the breakfast but the staff wasn't too friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The toilet cistern was broken and the tap by the sink was leaking.

Staff very helpful. Earlier i read the previews and i was worried. But nothing of that sort. A little renovation is going on and we have to be more understanding as they are making it a better place .

Buffet breakfast could have been better especially the bread is not soft at all.

Stayed in Pearl many times. Excellent value for money. Go to hotel when staying in KL

No international satellite TV ;(
