I didn’t like the room, air conditioning is poor maintenance.two times I ask to change the room, no one can satisfy me.first room very dirty with cracks roof, 2nd room only 1 cupboard to occupy by 5 stuff(small) and spoil air conditioning,and last room has spoil and very poor air conditioning, the technician come to repair but only last for one night.

The non buffet breakfast needs fine tuning, half boiled eggs not up to specification, eggs were 80% boiled!!

Close to a nice beach

Hotel is very run down and not maintained at all. Breakfast was not appetizing and had poor choices. Very old furnishing of the rooms and badly needs refurbishing. The aircond was too cold even at lowest speed. Toilet needs an upgrade. Rubber hose needs to be replaced with proper hand bidet or spray.

Credit card terminal unable to waive. Force the customer to remember pin number. Not everybody can remember pin number moreover if customer got more than 10 cards. Furniture in hotel rooms are too old .

Room: The Room is clean and spacious. Air conditioner functioning well. Bed is comfy and no smell. Staff: The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast: We were travel during weekday and the breakfast was provided in set meal rather than buffet style. However, the fried noddle tasty :) Location: Near to the beach with walking distance.

Room: The fridge inside the room was not function The furniture is old but still useable Water heater was function but don't know why the water couldn't heat up :( Suggest to change water kettle Toilet is old but still very clean Swimming pool: The operating hour from 9am. Suggest to open earlier (i.e. 8am)

Very comfortable n safe to stay

Near to beach and restaurants. Great customer service, attached with convenient duty free.
