The facility is clean, beautiful, has everything you need. Communication with the organizing people is excellent. My recommendation!

There is no air conditioning.

Apart from the friendly neighbors, there are no other positive aspects to mention about this place.

My stay was awful. The apartment was dirty, worn out, and had no air conditioning. Additionally, the shower was broken. The photos provided did not accurately represent the reality of the place in any way. The location itself was not great either, as there was nowhere to park the car, and there were lots of "uncomfortable" people walking around late in the evening. The owner had promised to take care of the parking spot, but in the end, they just told us to "drive somewhere and find it yourself." As a result, we ended up looking for a parking spot at 9 pm with two little kids, which was very inconvenient. I would not recommend this place to others.

Easy to find, price wasn’t high. Comfortable for family for one night. There was very hot, but we were happy about fan.

Toilets was with smell and can see the dirty inside. A bit dated interior, but it’s not a big deal for that price.

Apartment was very nice, everything we needed was there (kitchen, big bathroom), we could go to terrace as well. Very comfortable beds! Great view from the terrace. Easy access to city centre- there is tram number 9 stop (Otokara Sevcika) not far, you can use it to get to Old town. In Brno I recommend to visit Old town and Spilberk but also Brno dam (prehrada) which is not very well known but beautiful - you can get boat trip there for example to the castle Veveri. You will get to the dam using tram number 1 or 3 from the city center to Přístaviště.

We've booked top floor appartment, to get there we had to climb very steep stairs just before reeaching the door. With luggage, it wasn't easy , I would say it wouldn't be possible at all for people with physical impairment. We had some problems with getting the keys- they were hiden in the box closed with code, We've been provided with the code but couldn't open it according to the instructions received so I describe it for future reference :) - after setting up the code you need to press down the small black lever and pull towards yourself in the same time ;) clear instruction next to boxes would be useful.

It was dirty, especially the toilet. Poor quality of sheets. The bed for the 2nd kid was on the floor. Broker door of the wardrop.

The contact numbers provided were not answering at all and there was no timely response for messages sent online. The parking is on the streets of an almost parking full street. Found it very hard to find a parking spot, that too at a distance from the apartment. Also, dont expect slight variations in checkout time. In my case I had an important meeting just 30 mins from 10 am checkout time and it was not allowed. Please bear in mind the checkin times of 3 pm and checkout at 10 am is strict.

Place is in quite comfortable location, access was very easy, apartament was tidy and nice.

Great for introverts, as you can get in/out fully without meeting the owner. There's everything you might need, and for a really great price.

The bathtub is not usable and the shower was a bit low pressured. Pillows were OK, not the comfiest ever.

We ordered luxury apartments" but got another one with pull-out bed. Host doesn't react to our complain about that.

Everything went smoothly, no issues at all. The instructions came on time, communication was instant. If you are coming for a longer stay, be prepared to have or buy everyday things like bin liners, shampoo, salt and pepper. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Neon light on the ceiling. Terrace, big kitchen, big shower and toilet. There is even a small sauna inside. Lots of space for a company.

Two potlids missed. Electric kettle has limescale at the bottom.

Good location, great instructions for check-in, good value for money.

We did not get the parking space that we requested. The apartment is located on the ground floor, everyone can see inside. Furthermore, the building is positioned next to a busy road, which causes a lot of noise, even at night.
