There are not many dining options, the price is not proportional to the food, the price is too high, the food is not good. 11am check out, 10am came to rush the travel, and the attitude is not friendly.

Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing, amazing accommodation, friendly and helpful staff and great food.

it was all wonderful, a bit of a problem with mains water supply but the staff worked very hard to make sure that their guests remained comfortable and clean.

The beaches got a lot of trash from the ocean. We wish the hotel could be more efficient to clean it.

Staff were friendly The spa was exceptional , my massage therapist was amazing I left tip I was so impressed Food was good especially breakfast The location was paradise and so peaceful It’s expensive but seriously worth it ! I wanted to come back after I left but the water villa were booked up. The spa experience was amazing never had anything like it before ! Highly recommend it ! I vary rarely leave reviews but this place really deserves it

The bed could have had a better mattress but the room was so beautiful. I have a dodgy back but it was still fine

Superb location, plenty of nature (hornbills and fruit bats guaranteed as long as conditions don't change) and fantastic food (special mention to Dawy the restaurant manager at Feast, who was superb!)

Some elements of the room were a little worn (eg limescale in bath) but only minor issues.

Like the environment and all the staff, they are helpful, friendly.

The welcoming committee was nice. The rooms were clean and tastily decorated. The food was very tasty. The staff went out of their way to be extremely friendly. Facilities were very suitable and available. Local wild life brought a tinge of colour to the experience.

Waiting for the shuttles was a big disappointment. We were there for two days and on two occasions we waited for an hour at Spa Village. We would have walked except that it was too hot on one occasion and too far on the other occasion.

The resort is a beautiful island escape away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are amazing facilities and the beaches are pristine!

This is an old resort and as one would expect, the rooms have some wear and tear. The showers have lots of mold. The cleaning could be improved as when we checked in, our bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. There was lots of hair all over the toilet and the shower had tons of beach sand heaped on one side. More attention to those kind of details would make the resort perfect!
