The pool was really nice. It was a quiet area and close to the city center.

Our bathroom smelled so bad like sewage from the moment we walked in the room. There was no bathroom fan, so no way to vent the smell out. The smell of sewage from our bathroom in our room was a big turn off

The location is great and the room is big, good bathroom and big windows. Good breakfast as for few days. The good swimming pool faced to the open tears, so nice to lay outside for sunbath). Very friendly staff.

Some dust were here and there on the lamps, some chairs with broken legs. It would be great to have a toilet brush.

Space, location, parking

The water in the swimming pool was not fresh, the walls were sticky and it was felt that the water was not processed enough and, as a result, deteriorated. There were also no towels by the pool.

Really nice hotel, with a very welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast and clean bedroom.

I hope they charge me at least half the price of the extended 5 hours instead of full rate since hotel isn’t full.

The location was excellent. We had a room on thr 5th floor with view over the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was a bit small, although it had everything we needed. The bathroom was large and new. The showerhead was difficult to hold in place.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When there were 10°C outside they didn't provide any heating and kept lying that there's 21°C in the room, even tough I showed them that at around 8PM a thermometer was showing 18.5 (the heating never started). The beds are the worst, especially in the twin rooms, I stupidly paid 90E for an upgrade for 4 nights to get a double bed, which is just two twin beds put near each other with the 2 mattresses rolled in something.... Soap and shampoo bad, towels a joke, no slippers, no bathrobe, small rooms, cleaning also pretty bad... all that for roughly 130E/night. Stay away, scam hotel. PS: I didn't dare to go into the pool when i saw how it looked.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Filthy walls and mirror of the bathroom, door handle came off, although plenty of space there was no garderobe or hook to hang your coat or jacket, room lacked atmosphere. Breakfast room cheaply equipped like a canteen. Most importantly, the electricity socket in the bathroom was directly located at the shower without protection, I don't understand that such thing is allowed.

The personal was very friendly to us. It was a short stay and I asked for good restaurants and they said a place and she didn’t lie about the food market it was verry good

The water of the swimming pool was verry cold . The hotel is amazing and we went to this hotel for the city and the swimming pool . But the water was so cold.
