Staff is super nice

Lots of stairs to get to our room; the room and bathroom are not very modern

Perfect location, quiet and close to the city. Spacious rooms and huge beds. Rooms have a great view over the garden and the pool. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staffs were all really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and the view was great. I had a wonderful experience there. I saw some reviews about wifi and internet connection. the wifi works great for me, but yes I can't connect to the internet using my provider. I have vpn subscription so i don't mind using wifi.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the local food. Lots of fresh fruit, fresh juices, and western diet options such as breads, omelettes, jams, cereals.

The shower water was not hot the first two days but we had hot water the final two days.

air -con is broken, so hot in room and have change to a room, but the windows air con is so noisy could not sleep at all. Wi-Fi and phone signal is none. only have wifi in hotel lobby and restaurant. in room toilet no Wi-Fi and no any phone signal which is very bad. the room is below the restaurant and all day with pulling chairs noisy till mid-night… it is not fit the price and the level of hotel…

The Hotel is perfectly situated just outside Coron town. If you want to go into Coron it is just a few minutes ride on a Tricycle. The Hotel has a wonderful panoramic view of Coron Bay. It is idyllic, and all the staff were polite and so friendly.

The only sight problem we’re with the internet connection, but having said that do you need internet in Paradise?

The resort is beautiful. It truly is a "grand view". The rooms are also very spacious and clean. Concerning the facilities: everything met our expectations. The restaurant was ok and reasonably priced.

We were staying in this hotel right when the government announced a big lockdown of all local transport to and from Manila, due to the coronavirus. This was a very crucial moment for us, because we had to leave Coron ASAP, to get home safely and to not get locked in the Philippines for 4+ weeks. At this moment, the communication between us and the hotel staff was very bad and we didn't get the correct information to leave Coron (for example: they said we could easily take our flight after the lockdown, while this was clearly not the case). Also the WIFI WAS VERY, VERY BAD throughout our whole stay, and especially when we needed it the most to book new flights. Why don't they invest in a proper internet infrastructure when every guest is complaining about this? Luckily we were able to book a new flight and we got home safely. Although we understand that this was an unexpected situation for both us as the staff, this was a very bad experience.

the men from the personel where very kind. The women that worked at the hotel (except for 1 kind woman) where very unfriendly or fake in there communication.
