Televisor requiere cambio

El desayuno bueno. El personal que atiende en el comedor muy bueno. Muy amables. Excelente atención.

En recepción son muy distraídas las personas que trabajan ahí. La atencion no es buena. Si pides algo se olvidan de subirlo y demoran mucho. Para abrir la puerta demoran hasta te pueden robar y no abren. Falta más atención con las personas que se hospedan ahi. En la habitacion el televisor nada nitido muy borroso lo peor que no lo solucionan ni caso me.hicieron.

Que tiene ascensor

Mucha eco se escucha de otras habitaciones y ese ruido no me dejo descansar, y también el espacio muy pequeño me pareció.

La limpieza y el confort de la habitacion. Tambien me gustó la ubicacion del hotel

convenient location. Staff was nice but not helpful.

We found ants on the bed and a cockrouch in the room. No remote control for the AC so we couldn't turn it down or off. It was extremely loud in the room we got on the 1st floor. We were next to the water pump , which was was very loud and also next to the chaos of reception with constant people checking in and out. We complained but could not get another room nor a remote for the A/C.

The attention in the hotel is bad, they do not answer the phone, they do not put complete bedding on the beds, they do not respect the currency exchange, they use the value that best seems to them

Jacuzzi y breakfast. All of staff were extreme nace and helpful.

Everything was very clean and new! Plus the staff were great and accommodating to my stay. Always making sure when I wanted my room cleaned and very friendly! Plus it was very affordable for the quality.

It was very clean and had nice amenities.

The spa (bathtub) was disappointing, because it only filled up a few inches after filling for 30 or 40 minutes, and the water was lukewarm. But overall it was a good value hotel.

The location is just perfect at the heart of Santa Isabel, in which you can find a variety of stores, restaurants, bakery, a park and more. You can sleep quietly because there is no outdoor noise. Everything is brand new and the lift is fast.
