Very good property clean and maintained well

Great place to have a quick getaway with our dogs. This was our second visit and the best part is the uninterrupted stay in a stand alone villa. Room service is good and the food is nice as well.

The maintenance of the lights around the villa should be looked into. The property is situated in a coffee estate hence there are insects and other creepy crawlies and the lights outside the villa sitouts and driveway should always work. Unfortunately none were functioning. Also there was no phone to connect to reception or Restuarant. Not a deal breaker as watsapp was working fine, however it’s a basic feature of any resort. One of the sofa was also broken. Would suggest the restaurant to include some bakery items like croissants in the breakfast and also have burgers and pizza in the menu.

Had a great stay at this resort. Villa was properly maintained and clean. It is a pet friendly resort and had lots of recreational activities.

They need focus on the restaurant section as there were no waiters available to assist. Need to improve their restaurant hospitality.

Nestled within coffee gardens and jungles, gives an authentic feel of jungle lodge with luxurious stay.

Entrance could be touched up, kids area could get some relook and pricing of villas

Staff were courteous and helpful. Checkin and checkout process was hassle free. Rooms were spacious and quite clean Property landscaping is good. Lots of greenery and flora around Food Option is limited, but taste is good for the veg options Villas looked good from outside. Nice place to relax

The restaurant is small. They don't have buffet. 2 or 3 meals plan isn't available as part of package Amenities are very limited and not maintained Pool is ok, but needs maintenance

Pool should be maintained a lot better. Some areas do end up getting traffic noise.

best part is that it is pet friendly and pets were allowed to walk everywhere. so didn’t have to leave my cat anywhere alone. good location and well maintained outdoors

Best place to stay amidst nature, with spacious n comfortable rooms & amenities like an inviting pool, kids play area, table tennis, snooker & a small library too. They are located in a coffee plantation & they do one hour walking tours of the coffee plantation everyday. Must visit 🙂

The property is a holiday destination in itself. I did not feel like leaving it to visit the town as it was so comfortable. The villa was splendid with huge rooms and seating area and fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast and common facilities like pool and play area were fantastic. Our dog enjoyed the place more than anyone else. The room service an cleaning was also good.
