I like the service, convenient location, near to town.

The prize that was quoted when I booked via booking.com was RM48. However, when I reached there the person at the hotel claimed it was RM65. According to them, it was OYO who will cheat customers by advertising lower rates. Please take action to it so that we don't get cheated again.

This is the most dishonest hotel I have ever stayed at. The price on booking confirmation is RM58, the hotel want me pay RM73. Booking.com should remove this hotel from the list.

Staff asked to cancel online booking, then pay him at other price, we didn’t agree. when reach the hotel, the staff said no more room, bring us to a house. the room of that house is so smelly and dirty and uncomfortable. very very bad experience, will not consider booking all OYO hotel, and might consider using other app to book hotel, since booking.com customer service is difficult reach, and didn’t call back after I leave a message and my phone number. -100 stars if I were given a choice to rate. so disappointing
