Beautiful Grade II Period Cottage in Bath with 3 beds sleeps 6
Hatfield Cottage è uno spazio davvero unico con camere generose. È completamente modernizzato e dorme 6. Questo edificio classificato di Grado II è stato rinnovato secondo standard elevati, pur mantenendo le caratteristiche dell'epoca e i sacchetti di fascino.
Ci sono due camere da letto king size (una con bagno privato) e una camera doppia.
Il salone è grande, ci sono 2 divani in pelle a tre posti e una scrivania e wifi illimitato gratuito se avete bisogno di recuperare un po 'di lavoro mentre siete via. La TV ha un lettore DVD integrato, una scatola Apple TV e BT You View. Forniamo alcuni DVD oltre a giochi e giocattoli ben forniti.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con un frigorifero grande, frigorifero per il vino, fornello a doppio forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè Tassimo (si prega di fornire i propri pod).
fuori, c'è un giardino cortile con nuovi mobili da giardino e un barbecue a gas, perfetto per le giornate di sole!
Hatfield Cottage è in posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro città in 15 minuti o in campagna su alcune splendide passeggiate. C'è anche una splendida pista ciclabile a due tunnel di 13 miglia a due passi che si collega a molte altre rotte, inclusa Bristol. Per i nostri piccoli ospiti, ci sono 2 piccoli parchi giochi (Alexandra Park o Bloomfield Park) a pochi minuti dal cottage.
A pochi minuti a piedi dal cottage troverete un Tesco Express (con bancomat dalle 07:00 alle 22:00), un bar, caffetteria, piatti da asporto, un paio di bar e un ristorante premiato. Se rimani più a lungo, c'è un grande Sainsbury a meno di 1 miglio di distanza.
C'è un parcheggio gratuito in strada accanto al cottage per diverse auto se viaggiate separatamente.

We are parents with two older teens, and this property met our needs to a T. Beds and living room sofas both very comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, private patio a bonus for meals (also where we dried our clothes on the drying rack provided). Minutes' walk to a grocery shop, a decent walk into Bath (or even easier, several options to get there and back by bus). The Cottage made a great base for our day trips in the area (Cirencester, Wales, etc.) and was also a great place for those who wanted to just chill, or who needed to work. Property managers were extremely quick to respond to any questions. We were pleasantly surprised that the on-street parking wasn't an issue.
Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Nice clean cottage. 20 minute walk to the town center. Up a hill though, so be aware of that.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped. Bed were really comfortable and the main bathroom was such lovely. We were lucky with parking the cars… as this is on the road and as such not guaranteed. That being said will definitely look to return.

The property was a lovely property, with nice furnishings etc...I would have liked a second blind in the kitchen over the window and also some curtains/blinds o pull over the glass doors in living room of an evening....but the property was clean, with large rooms, all amenities you are likely to need, with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms......great shower.

Beautiful cottage, we will be back!
Such a clean, beautiful presented cottage. Such comfy beds, best night's sleep for a long time. Only a 20 minute walk into town, we were lazy and did get taxi's back up the hill! Great communication with the owner, so prompt. We can't wait to come back, thank you.

Family time
The cottage was perfect everything we needed . Had a little difficulty with parking spots had to park on street behind then move car when there was space. Grocery store close by . Would recommend the cottage to friends . Thankyou

Excellent in every way
Very clean comfortable..very friendly landlady. My mum visited us there and as she is elderly she found climbing the stairs an ordeal. Would have been perfect if there was a bathroom downstairs..otherwise everything was perfect.

Fabulous stay in Bath
Great location. Near town center but far enough to be quiet and private. Annie takes great care to make sure your stay is comfortable including a supply of 1st day essentials like eggs, coffee, milk and cereal. The cottage was perfect! Clean, comfortable and homey.

We had a wonderful stay. Annie was a great help. A short walk downhill into Bath and then straight into the centre. We all loved Bath and the cottage suited our needs perfectly.

Amazing new year stay
We stayed in Hatfield Cottage for New Year and it couldn’t have been better. Annie was so welcoming and the cottage is super cute! Just the right amount of room for 5 of us! The Christmas decorations were still up so that pleased me greatly! The cottage had everything we needed. We had a food shop delivered just after we arrived and we needn't have left! But we tried several different restaurants and went ice skating. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The cottage was beautiful, very clean and a lovely welcoming hamper.
It is a 15 minute ish walk into Bath. But there are plenty of buses too.

Well equipped and very helpful host
The property was well equipped with everything, even milk, bread, cereals, butter, jam and crisps!! Host is very helpful and friendly. Only downside is the hot water generate a bit of noise when someone turn it on.

Unfortunate
The cottage was lovely and fresh and clean. However we encountered a problem with poor communication between cleaners and agency. We were told via email we could access the cottage by 2pm. Having arrived early at 1ish we checked to see if the cottage was ready and it still hadn't been cleaned. We went for coffee returning at 2.45pm to be met by cleaners who tried to stop us going in as they hadn't quite finished. As it was wet outside we asked to enter as we were after the time allowed. Because of the later time we asked if we could check out at 11 on the Fri and were told this would be fine. We then received an email from owner saying the agency were busy and it would be a strict 10 on Friday. I emailed back to owner say cleaner had said 11 and was told this would be ok. The cleaners turned up at 10 today and said they would come back at 11 when told the agreement. They then came back at 10.30 and said they had checked and we had got it wrong! This resulted in a hurried exit. We were also told by them we had been a last minute booking, hence the confusion on Wed. I booked the cottage months ago. We also had a flood in the kitchen - owner knows but resulted in us hanging about as we could only use one shower between 5. The fridge had been switched off - cleaner said it may have been new member of staff. Our food was hot in the morning and had to go out. We had to mop out freezer which had defrosted. We feel these were avoidable mishaps caused by the cleaners. Annie - owner - was away and tried her best to help.
