Un nuovo appartamento con tutti gli accessori. Zona molto centralizzata e alla moda vicino al fiume (a Mitte e vicino a Kreuzberg). Super quartiere con parcheggio sotterraneo e un deposito chiuso per biciclette. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Jannowitzbrücke (linee S e U). 12 minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz.

Nice bright airy apartment, nee and clean. Ofir was a very responsive host and all instructions were clear. The apartment had everything we needed including extra towels and pillows. The shower water pressure was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights with our kids (5 and 8 yo). The flat is located super close to the S-Bahn station, in a very calm backyard.
It was very tidy and everything you would need was available. Contact to the owner was easy and check-in and check-out was super easy.
Would definitely recommend and like to come back in the future.

This property was perfect for our family and exactly as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, having a washer was great, and the location was ideal. We could easily walk to numerous train and bus stops, and there was a great bakery right across the street for a quick breakfast to start our day. Ofir was very quick to respond with any questions we had!

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week, great location, 5 min walk to both the U & S trains, many of Berlins great attractions are within a 30 min walk. Apartment is clean, modern, well appointed and very quite. Only negative is there is only 1 key, there were 4 of us so if we went different ways we had to co-ordinate our meeting up, 2 keys would be good. Minor inconvenience, overall it is a great place to stay in Berlin. Recommended

This apartment was a great base to explore Berlin from. It was just a 5 minutes walk from both the S and U bahn which made it easy to pop back to even in the middle of the day if you needed a break seeing all the sites. The apartment was just as described on the listing and was clean and well equipped. The area it was in was pleasant and quiet. Overall an excellent base for a holiday in Berlin.

Our state was very comfortable. We had a very light and a big balcony to overlook the ground around the building. The neighbors were friendly and there was a good mix. Age groups. It’s very convenient to Jannowitz train stop, and bus lines into the center. Neighborhood is a bit mixed some poorly kept places, but with many interesting, ethnic restaurants. People in the area were very friendly! Yada Yada Breakfast Club was great, as was the Ming Dynastie around the corner on the river.

Little piece of heaven, tucked away with lovely courtyard. We felt very safe while visiting Berlin. There was a pleasant bakery/coffee shop just outside the door. Only thing that could have made it a little nicer, is if there were better restaurants close. Our daughter did share her favorites (her campus was under 2 miles away). We were blown away by the Colombian, Russian, Ramen, and nice Korean fried chicken. Have others to try on a return visit (like Donor, Indian, Chinese, etc.). We found public transportation (or Uber) to be easy and explored the museums and tourists attractions. Drove out to Potsdam and had a lovely time walking the gardens and exploring the very charming town streets. We are already hoping to return.

This apartment is exactly as the pictures and is in a great location, walkable to the U or to most of the attractions if you are a keen walker - we walked around 30,000 steps a day! We were 2 couples and it had all we needed and was clean and tidy on arrival - slight issue was the bedding laundry that had been left to dry on a screen by the cleaner but with a bit of effort on our part over the first day and a half of our stay it was soon dry and away! The communication from Ofir was great and it is so easy to reach from the airport. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Berlin.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Berlin. It was our first time in the area. It was near enough that we were able to walk to many desired locations, and also the public transportation was nearby and easy to navigate. The parking spot was very aopricated for our ventures outside of the city. The place was clean and had all that we desired (except for a traditional coffee pot, we could only brew espresso?). The bathroom was large, the shower was great, the beds were comfortable. We love European windows! Check in was easy once we found the proper box for the keys. Thanks for a great stay, we would gladly stay here again.

The flat is modern and the kitchen is well equipped. Check in was easy and communication with the host was quick. The flat is a few minutes walk away from 3 different stations. Families with younger children might appreciate the playground situated 5 min away on foot. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great Apartment
Great apartment, well located and everything you need. We loved coming home in the afternoon to relax on the balcony. Excellent WiFi. Well set up kitchen with a supermarket 2 blocks away but if you didn’t want to cook lots of great takeaway just around the corner. Highly recommended!

Perfectly Placed
The apartment was in a great central location. Near Jannowitzbrücke, Henrich Heine Straße and Märkische Museum Bahnhofs.
Lots of amenities nearby (we counted 4 Spätis within the block). Plenty of food and drink places.
The apartment was very modern and clean. Excellent decor and a large balcony to chill on. Ofir gave clear instructions on how to access keys.

Quiet and easy to get around.
We enjoyed the balcony very much. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet complex with courtyards and a variety of tenants. Easy walk to metro. Walkable to various sites, as well. We appreciated the washing machine as it helps to limit clothes needed on longer trips.

En rigtig god lejlighed i en pæn ejendom med egen p plads i kælder. Beliggenheden er i gå afstand til mange seværdigheder. Spisesteder og barer er også tæt på.

Great apartment in a great location - true two BR!
Ofir's apartment was a great place to stay in Berlin! It's even cuter than it looks in the photos. The apartment is clean, modern, and in a great location. You can walk anywhere in 15-20 mins, and the subways are nearby and also very efficient. The shower is incredible - which was very important for us as we were there to run the Berlin marathon. The bedrooms are clean and large, and the kitchen has everything you need. It was an excellent week and we hope to be back!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit toller Anbindung an ÖPNV
Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind war die Wohnung perfekt. Für uns war das Beste die Lage der Wohnung. Die Straße ist eine Sackgasse und somit total ruhig und chillig. Gleichzeitig aber sehr zentral gelegen. U-Bahn und S-Bahn zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Perfekt auch der auf der anderen Straßenseite gelegene Bäcker und die Pizzaria. Die Wohnung ist modern und umfangreich ausgestattet.
Einzig irritierend war der fast volle Kleiderschrank vom Eigentümer der Wohnung ;-).

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung an sich ist prima, da gab's nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln.
Das Bad hätte allerdings etwas besser gereinigt sein können.
Durch die Lage im Innenhof sind die Nachbarn eben recht nah.
Die Lage in Berlin Mitte ist sehr günstig und für eine Großstadt trotzdem ruhig, die Wege zur U- und S-Bahn sind kurz.
Die Kommunikation (elektronisch) mit Ofir Perry war sehr gut.
The apartment was great and there were only minor things to criticize. The bath could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Since the apartment is located in an internal courtyard the neighbors are quite close.
Given that it is located centrally in Berlin Mitte it is still a quiet accommodation, but also close to different public transport stations.
Communication with Ofir Perry was very good.

Cozy flat in Berlin Mitte
We (family with 3 grown up chidren) spent here our Xmas holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Though we never met him, our host promptly answered all my questions. The flat is very nice, in a quiet street, and has everything you can need: we found many everyday essentials in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is plenty of space for clothes and food storage; each room has independent warm regulation, so we could keep bedrooms cooler. Opposite the house there is a nice bakery; not far away 24 hour shops, Lidl and in Alexanderplatz we found in Kaufhof a very good Gourmet food shop. We wish to thank Mr. Perry for everything!

Super Lage, Moderne, Gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!
Wir haben uns in dieser Woihung wie zu hause gefühlt! Die Lage ist der Hammer. Wir würden dieses Domizil jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein kleines Kind und hatten für alle genug Platz. Wir hatten leider nicht so gutes Wetter, aber da der Balkon überdacht ist, war das Perfekt. Die Wohnung geht zu allen Seiten zu Innenhöfen raus, sodass man trotz der Zentralen lage nix hört. In der Wohnung ist alles sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und die Aussatttung ist top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
