Great location, super-clean (apart from the cooker-hood), and well appointed. Nicely decorated and thoughtful objets d'art. Comfortable bed, sofa, chair. Adequate kitchen. Pleasant bathroom. We really liked it.

No dishwasher ('though we managed)!. Cooker-hood extractor yuk. No ovengloves, or basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil) which is fine if we know in advance.

Lovely airy holiday apartment right in the middle of Saundersfoot, close to the beach and shops. Car parking

Up 2 flights of stairs, the entrance was not very welcoming but once inside the apartment it was beautiful

Central location. Ideal for everything

The property, once you were inside was lovely. A spacious lounge/kitchen diner, with a comfy sofa, and a first class quality television to view if so required. The large bedroom with comfortable double bed was first class, as was the spacious shower room/toilet. Everything you needed was on hand in the well equipped kitchen. No room for improvement inside, but there were some negatives to our stay. Location wise, its ideal as its only a two minute walk to the sea front, shops, and Supermarket.

The Security of the building was very poor. An insecure ground floor entrance door that was always open, and then a simple Yale lock on the first floor door into the accommodation could easily be opened without the use of the lock key. (For those intent on doing so!!) The outside of the building isn't in the cleanest and tidiest condition. On the ground floor next to the entrance door is a Ladies Hairdressers, and these people were lovely and helpful, and assisted us from day one with how and where to park our car in the Car Park, plus having unauthorised vehicles moved, when on one particular day we were unable to regain our dedicated Parking spot. This Car Park though is used by many other unauthorised people in vehicles, and on foot, as a place to congregate. Most of these people and vehicles are users of the Turkish Kebab Shop, situated to the other side of the entrance door of the property. Consequently, on an evening time noise and disruption is not uncommon, especially on a Friday, or Saturday. The same can be said about the music noise that is more than evident, during the late evening and early hours of the morning, from the Night Club, situated less than 100 yards away, overlooked by the holiday property. Three negatives, that all played a part in our holiday.

The towels were to small. Only 1 toilet roll given No tea towels Some salt and pepper would be nice along with tea coffee and sugar. The shower door doesn’t close tidy and the shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot.
