Beautiful location with nice staff members. We had a room facing the river so we had a great view. There are nearby enough free parking places and the town itself is also very beautiful. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel also provide good food!

Big, comfy and surprisingly stylish rooms.
Delicious dinner and good wines.
Great breakfast, with a wide fresh buffet, excellent coffee and delicious cooked-to-order bacon and eggs.

we had the studio apartment so the room was very comfortable and big. The breakfast is very versatile and each morning it was a pleasure to enjoy this lovely buffet. The hotel itself is located at a very beautiful village.
It's not something I didn't like, but I thought we would be able to cook a meal at this studio apartment, but it didn't have all the supplies (such as a pan), and there were only two firepits.

Our hotelroom was spacious and very clean. It also had a balcony with a great view on the river and into the town. Breakfast was delicious. And the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a beautiful small town. There are restaurants nearby (dinner was very good at the hotel restaurant as well) and it is close to Cochem and other sights.

Nothing. A more modern hair dryer in the bathroom would have been a plus but it was not a big issue.

The Staff was outstanding helping us with not being able to speak Germany. The facility was like staying in a museum. The breakfast was out of this world.

Breakfast was best-ever had in Germany, also due to very friendly staff. Tasteful old style decorated dining room that we used instead of the Mosel terrace.
