The staff was really helpful. The hotel is very close to the Alipiri gate and you can board a bus to tirumala right from the hotel doors and get dropped nearby too. There was sufficient covered parking at the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty good and we had a good stay. Wifi was excellent. Bathrooms were good and hot water was avaialble readily.
The cleanliness of the sheets, the towels and toilteries provided can certainly be improved. Bathroom, especially the toilet can be a bit cleaner. This was my only gripe. But for the price, it is still an excellent choice.

Worst stay ever I had . We were family with 2 infants - Rooms are very worst full of cockroaches and bathrooms were not tidy .
I had informed to the manager and hotel staff - They were least bother to answer - Manager and one of the staff informed us due to lights in the room cockroaches would awaken (lol) .
Very worst room - Would not recommend any one to stay on the place . Especially if family with infants and elders has room are filled bugs.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and the connectivity is reliable.
While I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the cutlery provided was not adequate, with a shortage of tea cups being a particular inconvenience. Secondly, while the breakfast offered was good, it would have been better if it had been available for all guests until the last minute. Finally, the service provided by the hotel staff could have been better, with room for improvement in terms of attentiveness and responsiveness.

Checked in at 9 pm on 15 and checked out on 16 at 10 am requested the staff whether we can use the room till 4 pm due to late arrival but staffs refused and also took full payment.
Room service for dinner was delayed.

They arranged early check in as per the request
Front desk staff was more interested in saving taxes so he asked me to cancel online booking or no show, so that he can provide early check in but I politely denied his request.
