Breakfast was good. Has a variety of menus. The room was clean.

The phone in the room was not functioning. It was after 10pm that I need to report the TV can't be switched on. And even worse, there is nobody at the front desk. Such a disappointment.

Location.

Hotel looks dated. The upkeep outside is not attractive & the glass panel at the entrance is smeared & not clean. The carpeted flooring along the corridor to the room & at the lift lobby are stained with water marks & not fresh musty smell in the air. Iron board & electric iron are placed outside the room corridor which I supposed was for common use by the guests which is not appealing to the eyes. Some parts of the curtain at the corridor is off the hooks. The water from the shower closet seeps through under the glass wall panel and wet the bathroom floor. The lift/elevator does not smell fresh nor clean & definitely needs upgrading.

The location of the hotel is ideal for the final destination. The breakfast hall opened on time and the spread is average but acceptable. The fire extinguisher was found with validity.

The room is in very poor condition. The side of the bed was torn, the phone was not working, the water heater was not working and called maintenance to repair it, the hallway to the room had water damage (though the ceiling) and every way pails are located to catch the dripping water and wire was found hanging in hallways towards the room.

The hotel corridor was disgusting. The rooms smelled so bad! As soon as we opened the door there was a very strong musty & funky smell. It came from the bed/bedsheets and we didn’t even use them. Had to lay on top of the bed with a towel. luckily we only stayed 4 hours and left. DO NOT book this hotel if you have good taste

The bathroom shower should be on the wall, the shower water pressure very strong with noise.

at the shopping mall and at the city actually good stay for parents who want to send their daughter/son to uitm

the room and toilet are not so clean and they should change the floor tyles to carpet.

It will be much more better if provided mini fridge...carpet a bit smelly at the hallway...maybe because wet feet after swimming at pool...
