A new apartment with an underground parking at a Centralized and trendy area
Un nuovo appartamento con tutti gli accessori. Zona molto centralizzata e alla moda vicino al fiume (a Mitte e vicino a Kreuzberg). Quartiere molto tranquillo con parcheggio sotterraneo e deposito per biciclette chiuso a chiave. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Jannowitzbrücke (linee S e U). 12 minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz.
Un nuovo appartamento di 3 locali con tutti gli accessori necessari.
Luogo altamente desiderato a Mitte e vicino a Kreuzberg in un quartiere molto tranquillo.

Stayed at the apartment for a week, it’s a lovely space and has everything you need. It’s in a great location close to a train station but also walkable to some lovely restaurants along the river.
We had one problem during our stay but was able to contact the host without any issues.
We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Super location. Clean. Grateful for dish soaps, towels, bath products— makes it so much easier for travelers. Could walk to grocery cafe, bakery.
Being new travelers to Germany, we were confused on some of the policies but Ofir was responsive to our questions. Thank you!

The apartment was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was close to several stations on the S and U lines and not far from Alexanderplatz. We’d definitely stay there again.

The apartment is exactly as listed, we really enjoyed it. We had a few issues getting the key but owner sorted it out and it wasn’t a problem. Clean, tidy, lots of towels and sheets and everything to cook. Location is good aswell, fairly quiet but close to major station and not far from bars and restaurants.

Ofir's apartment was a perfect homebase for us during our visit to Berlin. Centrally located, well-equipped, and very spacious and comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat!

The location was excellent with easy access to s- and u-Bahn. The host was really responsive with all communications. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely look to stay there again when we visit Berlin.

This apartment is situated in a fantastic location - ideal for a few days visit to Berlin any time of year. The host was attentive and helpful, the apartment spotlessly clean and well presented. Warm and comfortable for our pre-Christmas trip. Highly recommended.

Ofir’s flat was a wonderful home base for our trip to Berlin. As artists, we wanted to visit as many galleries and museums as possible. The proximity to museum island was great, and the convenience of the S and U nearby couldn’t be better. I would stay here again! If you book, so be sure to go to chicken box around the corner for an inexpensive delicious meal. It’s unassuming but one of the best falafel pockets I’ve had!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Clean, well appointed. Lovely courtyard and balcony. Walkable location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The apartment is just as described: very clean and extremely well located, just a short walk to the junction of several transportation options and a pleasant walk to many sights. The owner communicates efficiently and responds quickly, and check-in could not have been easier. We were comfortable here as an older couple with one of our adult children, but I would hesitate to book this place if I had young children, as the furnishings, while lovely, are not child-friendly, and there are strict requirements about noise. Parking is available, but as a traveler you do not need a car here.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious with everything you need. Check in was straight forward with the host leaving detailed instructions. The train station is just around the corner. Communication with the host was very good with any questions promptly answered. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten eine tolle Berlin-Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Der Vermieter hat alles perfekt organisiert, so dass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Perfekt für einen Berlin-Trip
Netter und sehr flexibler Vermieter, schönes und ruhiges Appartement mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, herrlicher Balkon, Tiefgaragenstellplatz (in der Gegend wirklich top!), 2 U-Bahn-Stationen ganz dicht, Bäcker gegenüber - was will man mehr für den Kurztrip nach Berlin!
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Fantastisk sted i centrum af Berlin
Ny og moderne lejlighed i midten af Berlin. Pænt indrettet. I gå afstand til Alexander platz og museumsøen. Tog stationen 5 min gang væk. Orif svarede hurtigt på vores spørgsmål gennem Vrbo. Han var ikke i byen, så vi mødte ham ikke personligt, men der var ingen problemer overhovedet. Det eneste vi savnede var nogle te krus til at drikke te af, da der kun var kaffekopper ellers var alt godt. Vi vil bestemt anbefale dette sted og kommer gerne igen :)

Warm and inviting
The apartment was warm and inviting. It's just as described online. Finding the key was a bit of a hunt, but once found it was easy to access the apartment and the underground garage. The parking was fantastic as it was secure and very well lit. Highly recommend staying here.

We only experienced, that the appartement stayed warm, even the heating was off. Keeping the windows open helped.
