The room we had was 21 on ground floor. It was noisy with water dripping outside window.

Such a lovely friendly place to stay and the food is excellent. Asked for a fan as it was humid and got one straight away

Location, clean room. Friendly staff. Warm room.
Musty smell in reception. Foul mouthed noisy American young man who was in the bar with members of staff. We didn’t appreciate his noise and language while we were in the restaurant. Also, the food was tasty and we enjoyed the meal but the pork was dry and it lacked the ‘sauce’ listed on the menu.

breakfast wasn’t buffet and had to ask for a pot of tea 10 mins after our food had arrived. thought it was a given to just come with the food
