Appartamento molto spazioso, accogliente e attrezzato. Letti comodi e lenzuola pulite, bagno con asciugamani e prodotti per l'igiene a disposizione, terrazza con stendino per asciugare la biancheria e un comodo spazio che da sullo splendido giardino con sedie e tavolino. Giardino ricco di piante, molto curato, con poltrone, amaca e tavolini per rilassarsi all'aperto. La posizione è eccellente, vicino ai principali punti di interesse. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Personale eccellente, molto gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci sono stati forniti consigli per il noleggio auto/scooter, ristoranti tradizionali e principali luoghi d'interesse da visitare.

Lovely property in a great location, 5 minutes away from Kos town and 2 minutes away from an accessible pool. The garden was incredible and the rooms were comfortable and clean (cleaned daily). The owner was also very kind and helpful, providing you with everting you need. Me and my girlfriend would highly recommend staying here when visiting Kos.

The accommodation had an issue with water supply (no water from 6pm to 2am). When we reported that to the owner he accessed us of being aggressive against him, and he was lying about the issue saying that it is council's issue when in fact we asked the police and neighbors and they denied it. After we reported that to police, he hired a plumber to fix the problem (A day after leaving). Instead of a partial refund, he wanted us to leave and even lied to booking.com who they accused us for violent behaviour. Bad service from both of you.

It was really clean (cleaning everyday) and Manos( the guy there) was really nice and helpful.

The apartment, really clean, provided of a balcony and a terrace; the building is really close to the city center. The kindness of the owner, the beautiful and relaxing garden.
