The receptionist was helpful and informative. The design is modern, the bed is so comfy. The vicinity is quite peaceful as it's located quite far from the main city.
The room is quite small. The location is a bit deserted, but great if you're going to IKEA - so near. The sink is outside the bathroom, so we had to be cautious when using it.

Interior design of the room looks instagrammable. I got room in red colour like Hotlink mode. Nice space for halal couple like us.

the room is just nice for a single traveler like me....the room is comfortable as the aircon temperature is adjustable .. the shower water pressure is good & warm...just pleasant...keep it up.... consistently.
housekeeping did not attend at all for the three nights stay....there are two single beds ....and I only utilize one....pantry/mini bar/refreshment center was not top up with sachet of tea, coffee, sugar and cream...where in this case ,,,I am frustrated

Great location, great hard bed (I had a good rest), love the sink being outside the toilet concept lol 😋
Bathroom is too slippery. I almost slipped while showering a few times. The “hot” part of the shower couldn’t really be found as there were no indicators. Put Netflix on the tv. Aircond is too cold. First time in my life I had to put the temperature to max, lowest speed and it still felt cold. There was no difference weather the temperature was 22c or 30c.

The location is nearby IKEA and design village. There's lots of plug panel in the room.
Nevertheless since it is a new area. I have to drive to the nearest eateries places. Even the Mamak is closed on Sunday

隔音方面太差了❗️ 只要有人经过，就会听到外面的声音，而且门口的缝隙太大了，导致外面的声音完完全全不能阻隔，晚上附近旅客有人入住吵到我们根本睡不到觉‼️‼️

Bed is good enough if you are tall, can fit in if you are 180cm and above, I guess the size is super king size. Environment is clean and peaceful. Staff is friendly and helpful.
breakfast is not fresh, need to manually heating up the breakfast, however even you heat up the breakfast, it is not really a good food. I am not really having it even hotel provided free breakfast.
Toilet water flow is weird enough, the water flows back to toilet bowl, which will make the toilet space watery.

The wooden bed frame. Accidentally hit at the edge and got a big bruise on my leg

The room is just right for an overnight stay. Hotel is clean and design is unique.
Although the room provides enough amenities (ie, hair blower, fridge, vault), it did not provide the necessities such us drinking water (have to fetch in the corridor), teasepoon or a saucer for eating or coffee.
Breakfast provided was cold and in a packed container. Better to not offer it since it gives a bad impression.
Hotel lobby and dining aesthetics is plain and empty for a 4 star rated hotel.

The concept is very unique and very comfortable to stay in. After a long day of travelling, this hotel really provides us comfort and peace that we need. The staff is friendly and straight to the point. The room is cozy almost felt like home. Travel with no kids.
