ロケーションは窓の目の前が隣の建物でした。 その為景色は楽しめない部屋でした。

Our 3rd time staying here because we love the place! Please see my previous review for all the awesome perks of staying here... Like free icecream, drinks, beer and manga library. Plus its an affordable price :)

Unfortunately this time we got a small room with a small and very hard bed. The worst bed we have slept in in Japan actually. A shame because we love this hotel and have stayed before but this bed was just very very bad. We will try and book a larger room next time and hope for a better bed.

We have stayed here before and really liked it so we came back. It was good to see that not too much has changed since we were last here 5 years ago. In fact its gotten better! The cafe out the front shut down during corona and now they use it for a lounge where you can relax and have all you can eat free icecream with their make your own sundae bar and have unlimited drinks and fresh baked breads! They also have package deals for all you can drink alcohol with beers and many spirits and mixers on offer. Its an Eco hotel so you can opt for no room cleaning and they will still give you new towels every day and they will give you a free Sapporo beer for every day you opt for no room cleaning! They also have free yoghurt milks in the change room for after Onsen! And a manga library room with so many books to read. Theres also more couches/ comfy spots to sit in the lobby area. Its a great location, between Nakajimakoen and Susukino stations and a close walk to Susukino main area for restaurants and nightlife. There is Seicomart and an awesome cheap grocery store across the road. Its also next to a very pretty river which has ducks and koi fish. Tea and amenities are downstairs. They also have a breakfast buffet in the morning in the old cafe (now lounge) which is really affordable and they have so many of their fresh baked breads on offer! If you love bread you will feel so spoilt!

The beds are small for two people. I heard there may be a bigger room option with a bigger bed so we will opt for the larger room if possible next time. The Onsen is switched between men and women at different times and we kept missing the times we wanted to use it. I don’t know what else you can do about that. We just arranged our nights around the onsen times.

The staff is nice & polite.Be patient to explain any condition of accommodation.

The bath time is a little bit short for customer. I like Japanese style bath,but the time is short.

Friendly staff, room comfortable,best value breakfast

The staff is really friendly and was patient with us as we did not know Japanese. Breakfast was cheap and very tasty. Onsen with shifting hours separating men and women was a plus, nice facility also. Great for a one night stay, seemed to be lots of travelers.

If you’re a westerner, prepare for the flattest, hardest bed you have ever slept upon. I actually didn’t mind it too much but be aware. We were also given a smoking room which was not preferred but mostly our fault as we didn’t realize they had smoking rooms on offer. Would caution to pay attention to the room options, don’t miss if there is a late check in requirement (we could not check in until 20:00). However they do hold bags which is very kind!

Mattress too thin. Not a comfortable bed. Constant smell of smoke in the corridor, even though we were non smoking rooms.

I have stayed this place over 40 nights but it’s always so nice to come back. pillow is so comfortable and bed too. staff is nice and helpful.

Service was really good. Everyone were really helpful despite the communication barrier. Definitely will book here whenever I'm visiting susukino in future.

Good location for getting around Sapporo via the subway system, comfortable aesthetic in the rooms and lobby; good amenities. The washing machine on site was also pretty decent, and the nearby restaurants and convenience stores had good food.

The beds might be a little firm for some people. I personally didn't mind it; I like firm (FIRM) beds, but some might be surprised at just how firm the mattress can be. You also might need to double check the wifi password with what's written on the hotel cards.

well organized and systematic.

breakfast wasn’t fulfilling. spaces are really tight for an average person which makes you feel uneasy. and finally, no kettle at the room leaves you with a little lonely feeling.

The hotel staff was nice, they were friendly and helpful. check in was easy

Facilities were very poor, no coffee or tea or even water in the room, I had to go all the way down to get even water in this freezing weather that was very disappointing, the bed were so uncomfortable because the mattress was very very hard I felt like I was sleeping on a piece of iron. The breakfast had very poor options, I regret booking with breakfast The value of stay did not meet the amount I paid at all
