The villa, the pool and the grounds - all exclusively yours FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY ! The Yoga studio can be booked whenever you wish and as often as you wish FREE OF CHARGE (when there's no need for heating).

The 5 ensuite bedrooms enable 10 to 15 persons to sleep in this property that is exclusive to you (3 of the 5 bedrooms in the villa are family rooms with beds on mezzanine floors. And there are pullout beds too).
All is made to be comfortable and pleasant, elegant and lovely.

All the buildings on the property have been completely restored. Natural materials were chosen in line with the principles of biological architecture, to respect the spirit of the place and preserve the original character of the old structures.

The Villa is a late nineteenth century square-based building, with 5 independent bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
Ground floor: lounge with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and a guest bedroom (accessible to wheelchairs).
First floor: four bedrooms looking onto the four cardinal points (there is also a separate access provided from an external staircase).

In the Villa's kitchen there is a device that purifies the water of the aqueduct by eliminating toxic substances and limestone, but leaving the mineral salts unchanged and a PH of 7.5 / 8, so you won't need to buy water at the supermarket.

The villa has a private garden with wooden furniture.
The spacious garden, easy to reach from the kitchen, is open to guests for outdoor meals or to enjoy moments of relax in the shadow of an ancient horse-chestnut tree.
A brick oven and a barbecue grill are available for cooking outside.

Just beside the Villa, in the garden located on the top of a mild slope, is the swimming pool, exposed to sunlight from dawn to sunset and nicely embedded in a well kept lawn; it provides a quiet and gorgeous space opening onto a wide horizon, an ideal spot for relax and outdoor activities.
Around the pool (oval, 6 m x 12 m x h. 1.40 m) the guests have shower, gazebo, parasol, some sunbeds, beach chairs and see mats.

There is ample parking out of sight from the house (a few meters apart, one can always drive up to the house to load or unload).

The Yoga studio is set apart from the villa and the cottage and is in its own garden.....and, if it is being used by the owner, you are unlikely to be aware of this, such is its strategic location.

The villa is part of a group of houses where the owners live. They speak english and are always available for assisting their guests during their stay.
On arrival, the owners will welcome their guests and explain every important thing to know about the house and the surroundings.

During your stay, you might never see the owners, except when parking their cars - their property has its own private external areas and entrances, totally independent of your exclusive villa, your exclusive cottage and your exclusive grounds that surround these 2 properties.
But If you wanted to socialize, the owners are very friendly and open to communicative exchange.
Eli, 55, offers her guests as a welcome gift (free of charge), her experience in the field of energy rebalancing through Reiki sessions (Tera Mai system) and use of floral remedies to harmonize emotions and mood. She also shares her experience of meditation and natural nutrition.
Mattia, 35, a musician and singer, shares his talent and musical knowledge, as well as the amiability of his conversation.
Altero can assist you in lighting up the fire of the barbecue and brick oven and teach you how to use them properly. He’s also the one who maintains the pool and knows how to solve problems.

The owners can offer cooking classes and occasionally organize meals on request.
They can also assist in organizing wine tasting tours around the area.

The Eliantemo is on the top of one of the most beautiful hills around Spoleto, just in front of Monte Luco and the impressive castle Rocca Albornoziana. The villa is part of a property of 10 hectares of land and is delved into a truly enchanting natural scenery and a peaceful atmosphere.
It is only 4 km from Spoleto.
At 2 km guests will find drugstores, grocery and food shops, a supermarket, clothes shops, hairdresser, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, post office and a bank.
The villa is very near to the railway station and to motorways, conveniently located for guests to easily travel to Rome.
It is an excellent start-point for touring the many sites of historical and artistic interest of Umbria: Spoleto, Montefalco (15km), Bevagna (20 km), Spello, Assisi, Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Norcia, etc.
