This house is very nice. A n of resort homes close to Barefoot

Great location. Convenient to Tower pools and beach. Small pool at house but perfect size for ages 4 to 8. House not kid proof. We relocated glass tables and put a motion light on the stair landing. Sleeps 10 (12 if using pull out sofa) but seating for meals limited to 9 (6 at a glass table and 3 bar stools). We bought a child's folding table and chairs. House had outside patio table and 4 chairs but too heavy to bring indoors. If you're short, bring a step stool for the kitchen upper cabinets. A few issues with appliances but all were addressed promptly by prop mgr. Parking for 2 vehicles in drive and 1 in garage. 2nd side of garage was smaller but perfect for storing our beach shoes, wagons and stuff.

This house comfortably fit the 9 of us in our group. Short walk to the pools and beach. The pool outside on the patio was very small, but worked great for the youngest who doesn’t know how to swim.

House was nice but not clean. There was hair in the shower and cockroaches in the house. Grill was rusty and not cleaned. Check in package wasn’t ready as instructed and I had to call and wait for someone to get the keys and package ready. The description mentioned free activities and when I tried to book one of the activities listed, I was told it’s old description and they no longer provide it. Overall not happy with how things were handled by the property management!

We came down to Myrtle Beach to enjoy Run to the Sun and this house was amazing. It was everything we anticipated and then some. It was so nice we cut our time at the show to come back to enjoy the house. I will definitely try to book this house again on my next trip to the beach.

Location was perfect, only 4 minutes to the beach and pools. House is set up nicely with all you need for a good stay. We will rebook for another stay next year.

Property definitely looks just as pictured. Great location! Easy access to pool and beach. Rooms were spacious. Only thing i suggest is have some type of shades over the front door and windows and patio window

The property overall was great. The location to the beach was excellent and the check in process was super easy and informative. However, the washing machine had mold all over the inside rim (picture can be provided) and there were a few spaces in the home that required an extra wipe down. We would rent in the area again.

My family and I really enjoyed this home. It was very clean and had everything we need for this trip. The only thing I would recommend is adding some blinds to the front and back door. I would recommend this home to others. Oh, the check in/out was a breeze!

The house was beautiful, but not clean. We were provided clean towels and linens, but the floors were very dirty. The bathrooms were not cleaned. It was very dirty around the toilets. We still had a wonderful time and would like to stay again, but would request a thorough cleaning.

Mostly good
The house is modern, clean, and comfortable. Easy walk to pools and beach. The rental company was extremely easy to reach via text messages. One recommendation is that other places we’ve stayed (in Hilton head) have enough dishes, glasses, and silverware, including plastic for outdoor use.

House was great and as advertised - quick walk to pools and beach however there were a few items that impact the functionality of the home for the perfect beach vacation home. The house lacked hooks to hang towels (beach or bath) and wet bathing suits. This was our biggest frustration. In addition this house had many glass tables which we found unfriendly and potentially unsafe for our two families which had many kids. The dining room table glass top easily lifted when leaned on and we repeatedly had to warn kids to sit properly and not lean on the table. For this reason, we often fed kids outback at the small table. I’m addition, it would also be helpful to have garage remotes or garage key code pad to enter the house via the garage.
I did call the maintenance team regarding shower curtain liners and they were very quick and responsive to replace. Overall, would stay again.

Great time for all ages in our group
The house was great, the pool and ocean was great (too cold but that was expected with the time of year). Everything was awesome!!!! Only complaint was I was cleaning out my car when I first got there. Had garage open and took out car seat and set it in the edge of the garage. When I ran in the house to go to the bathroom (I was gone 3 min) someone stole our car seat from the garage. That was the only problem - but nothing you could do about that. The ocean/beach was amazing. The checkin people were very nice and helpful and pool area was great. The area was amazing and overall our vacation was a 10. We would like to go back during the summer when it is hotter.

The place
This house was central to everything. That was definitely a plus for us the neighborhood was nice and quite. The only reason I took off a star was because of the cleanliness of the place. They could have done better especially with that cleaning fee that they charge. The pool was full of leaves. It could have been clean. I didn’t even address this with the property mgr but the issue I brought up they said they would handle and 1 was handled immediately and the other the cleaners did not show bk up until after I reached back out to the property mgr after I waited all morning for them. What was surprising was the activities that were included each day of your stay with Explorie which was great so that made it better so the 1 free adult admission made me feel that I would stay again. I honestly don’t think those cleanliness issues will happen again the property mgr seemed about business when it came to this. Please bring your own tissue the tissue is trash. They should invest in better quality tissue. Overall very nice

1st night great, 2nd & 3rd, awaken 2am-5am with other renters who stood right in front of our property drinking and loud talking/laughing. Called security twice

New years fun
Family went down for a late Christmas/New Years celebration and we had a lot of fun. The place is beautiful and very close to the beach and pool areas. Would definitely book again

Very nice property! Felt like home.
The property was nice and the unit was mostly clean. There was a nearly full trash receptacle in the garage that wasn't pleasant. The layout of the interior was nice and homely. The pool was smaller than expected and the weather prevented the use of it; it was pretty though. The TV was a little tricky but we managed on the rainy day; instructions/ guide would've been useful.
The amenities were sweet. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool since the weather prevented the exterior pool enjoyment. Not a lot of privacy because of the close quarters outside and the neighbors were a little rambunctious. I would recommend and would stay again.

Thanksgiving Get Away
Arrived and was surprised that the house was in such bad condition from previous renters. I made the owner aware of my concerns and the areas in the home that were of most concern. The owner was wonderful in his communication and had the maintenance person come to the house to look at current issues. The maintenance person stated that the house was getting ready to have its annual make over to get ready for the next season. That means I had the butt end of this season and all the damages that came along with it. I have been coming to N. Beach Plantation since it opened and see that is has changed every year and with that a lot of the properties have run down which is awful. Again, the owner was great and I feel sorry for him that he has to deal with such bad renters that do not treat his homes as if they were their own. Also due to my age the stairs were not our friend, that was my choice and has no reflection on the owner. Over-all a great trip, just wished the place looked a bit better. I appreciate the owner allowing us to rent from him and wish them a happy holiday and New Year 2022:).

Great time!
We had an amazing time staying at the property. Great location and nice that a shuttle came and took you to the main resort to use the pools and go to the beach. Only complaint is that the pool at the house wasn’t heated and it cost a lot to heat such a little pool.

Family weekend away
We had a party of 8 and this house was just amazing it was so clean all the appliances worked and were top notch you really don’t need to bring anything just ur bathing suit and towel loved having our own private pool The resort in general is beautiful loved the swim up bar and being walking distance from the beach

Not for clean freaks
House was very dirty upon arrival - crumbs & sauce on counters and floors, bathrooms were not cleaned well or at all, shower curtain liners were disgusting, some bed linens looked like they were not washed (thankfully brought our own!), floors were clearly not swept or cleaned. Mgt co was responsive and sent cleaning personnel back, which helped a bit, but we ended up doing a lot of our own cleaning upon arrival. Mgt co also gave us some free passes to an excursion, which was a nice gesture.
The house is in a good location for accessing pools and beach. Fitness center is nice! The resort pool area was very crowded and pools seemed to be pretty dirty.
We had wished there was more communication about things like; needing to bring own condiments, basic spices, TP, paper towels etc. Also, more info about how to work TVs and when people may be entering the house during the stay would be nice. (Entered to hang new shower liners and take trash out w/o notifying us … thought that was odd. ). We made the best of things and can imagine it’s hard to find good help to clean houses but we would not stay here again.

Loved the stay!
We enjoyed our stay and it was the closest area to the pools. The floors were a little dirty but everything else was perfect. There is only 1 hair dryer in the house so you may want to bring your own if you have more adults. We highly recommend this house and we would definitely rent it again…

The house was nice however not cleaned before we arrived. There was dirt, dust and hair everywhere including the bedding. The bathrooms were not cleaned there was hair all over and blood on 1 toilet seat. When I called they told me to call maintenance but what was the point, we already arrived and it wasn't cleaned prior. They didn't try and compensate us in any way.

This rental property fit our group perfectly. We all had more than enough space and truly enjoyed our weekend. The heated pool was an awesome amenity.

The pictures did this beautiful home no justice. I loved how clean the home was and how responsive management and the owner is. We had such a great time that we extended our trip. If the opportunity were to present itself, we would book again. Thank you for a great experience.
