Great location and the home has everything you need! Super cozy and clean!

Awesome cabin very close to skiing. Literally takes like 3 minutes to get to the slope. Cozy 3 bedroom. Kids “bunk room” is nice to have. Can’t beat the wood burning stove. We cooked in a few nights and had everything we needed. Great place to stay in this area.

We enjoyed our vacation to RMNP and loved how close this cabin is. The west side of the park is much less “touristy” than the east side and easy to get into. The cabin was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Ron and Sherry were kind and easy to work with.

Beautiful house one the west side of the Rockies! We loved being on the quiet side of the National Park and still having easy access in and out with a short drive. Lots of things to do in the area!

We had a wonderful visit! The cabin is centrally located to pretty much everything: 30 min to Grand Lake, 10 to YMCA activity camp, 10 to Fraser river fishing, 35 min to Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park, 5 to the local grocery store, 10 min to Granby for quaint shopping & awesome kids playground 👏 😀. The cabin home was plenty roomy for the 4 adults and kiddos under 10 too! Overall a great place to stay, cozy, comfy, clean, and reasonably priced. 💯 Win in my book.

Having stayed at many vacation rentals for the last 12 years, this house ranks at the very top. Our group of 8 had plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked with every kind of pan or utensil we could've needed. The neighbors were friendly and the kids loved climbing up to the gazebo at the top of the steep hill on back. We enjoyed the evenings on the deck and the proximity to RMNP, Grand Lake, and even Breckenridge during the day. The owners were incredibly easy to communicate with, though since the house was so perfect we had no need other than to say thank you. Highly, highly recommend!

Family ski trip to Granby Ranch, we found the cabin extremely comfortable and the location was great! Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was clean and located in a great neighborhood close to Granby ski resort. My recommendation would be that the mattresses and bedding be replaced in the bunk room and the 2nd bedroom. The mattresses were so hard and uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows were old and the bedding was not soft. When skiing all week a comfortable bed is needed. We liked everything else.

We loved the location of this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed skiing at Winter Park and Ice Fishing on Granby lake. Very Comfortable home for my family of 7. The Owners where very helpful and communication was exceptional . Thanks - We would definitely stay there again. Thanks the Mahoney family

Perfect! Cabin was amazing, and we had such a great time. The location was perfect because we were skiing at Granby Ranch. It’s within only a few minutes of grocery stores and restaurants. The wood-burning stove made it so quaint. Plenty of room. Overall just a perfect experience. Will definitely go again!

Visiting Granby, CO has become an annual tradition for our family and this cabin did not disappoint! It's close to both Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park and provides some absolutely amazing views of the mountains. Inside the cabin is outfitted with all of the amenities you would want, upon arrival it was very clean and complimentary fire wood is provided. Overall a great stay for groups/families, would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed the deck and proximity to Grand Lake in one direction and winter park in the other. Easy access to the park. Property itself was a delightful place to spend time at after a day out.

Perfect place. Winter Park was a half hour south and RMNP a half hour north. The house was immaculate. We had a little trouble figuring out the electronic lock but the owners responded immediately to our request for help.

Very nice clean house. Neighbors keep to themselves in a nice neighborhood. Owners get back to you within minutes if you have any questions. Had deer come right past window a couple times. Relaxing front porch with mountain view. Had trouble getting basic tv channels on T.V but could watch movies.
