This condo was the best! Very clean and comfortable! We would stay here again! The only thing that we (and others in the building as well) had trouble with was finding the dumpster! We never did find it! Maybe a sign or something would be helpful.

Great location! Super convenient - right in the middle of town, short walk to restaurants and cafes. The condo was very clean with very well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The only improvement could be with the beds and pillows - both were a little hard especially the pillows - I would have preferred smaller pillows. Otherwise, great condo in a great location! We will be back!

This condo is right on Main Street. However, it is not noisy. The condo is very spacious. It was great having 2 bathrooms. It is very well stocked. Once we used the fans, it was the perfect temperature. Highly recommend this stay!

This was the first time we've been to Breckenridge and we fell in love with the town while we were there. This property is in a perfect location on Main Street in easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Breck. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning, but even in late July, the temperature was perfect and we had the windows open day and night. The parking situation for this property was also excellent. On the downside, the bathrooms are very tight (although we were grateful for 2 of them), the stove is electric (as an avid cook, I don't know how people can stand cooking with electric stoves), there's no filtered water in the kitchen, the knives are pretty dull, and the stairs getting to the 2nd floor unit are treacherous. A note about the stairs - they are not lit at night so you can't see them very well, but the reason they're treacherous is that the normal rise and run for stairs is 9.5" x 9.5". I didn't have a tape measure, but there's no chance that a single stair is even close to that AND they're inconsistent. It was like the person who built them also didn't have a tape measure and/or it was their first try at building stairs (they're so bad that it would be laughable if it weren't a safety issue). In any event, I almost fell 3 times (for the record, I'm not old, my eyesight is perfect, and I'm physically fit). Anyway, they really need to add lighting and rebuild the entire staircase to code. Otherwise, the place was great.

Murphy bed’s linens and comforter had not been washed and were FULL OF DOG HAIR(I thought the condo was described as no pets??) thank goodness we had brought some extra sheets. Did not like washer at all!!!!!! Check in was easy and staff was friendly when making the reservation.

Location is fantastic! The unit is not set up well if you want to work some while there. WiFi is great but hard chairs at the table and bar make it hard to sit for too long. If using to just relax, ski, hike, cook and sleep - it’s perfect! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and such. Loved having 2 bathrooms.

Great location. Kitchen and baths had updated appliances and utensils, mirrors and heated towel rack in bathroom. Sofas are worn with sink holes for cushions. Instructions for garbage removal lacked clear location of dumpster.

Awesome location in central downtown; walkable to gondola and ski back end. Easy parking next to the building. Didn't notice any noise from the neighbors. The condo was super clean and updated. Kitchen had the basics needed. Only concern was the extremely noticeable and persistent MJ stench. Owners need to make odor remediation an immediate priority because it detracted from our stay.

The kids and I were in Colorado Springs for a weekend and decided to add a day or two in Breckenridge while we were nearby. To be honest I didn't do too much planning. This place was available, reasonably priced, and looked nice.
The drive from COS wasn't bad and when we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised by the size, location, and condition. Although we didn't spend that much time in the condo, when we did it wasn't cramped and was very comfortable. We ventured out a few times up Main Street for lunch, groceries, and general shopping. The condo has its own parking, so contention for a parking spot was never a problem. And it was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
We will definitely be keeping an eye on the availability here for our next, longer trip to the area.

My son (12) and I came in town for a 3 day ski trip and the location and accommodations were amazing. Super close to main gondola and we ended each day with the ski back to town run with a very short walk back. Location was also very close to restaurants, local markets, and shops. Condo was perfect for the two of us with more than enough space. Very pleased with the cleanliness and overall experience. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely be trying to stay here again.

The location was perfect for us..right on Main Street.We were 2 staying there mother and daughter was big enough for 4 people.Kitchen had new appliances. Clean and comfortable place..Everything you need for a short or long stay. easy access to the slopes restaurants and shops. Parking located at the side of the building ,we didn’t move are car until we were heading home. Would recommend to friends and family.

This condo is absolutely perfect! Located on Main Street, yet it’s on the quiet end. Newly updated and beautifully appointed, everything is first class and comfortable. Genuinely a wonderful experience and we give our highest recommendation! We would love to return to stay next summer.

We loved the beautiful kitchen…it was so easy for us all to be there to make breakfast each morning. Also the use of the space made it very comfortable. The Murphy bed was great for an extra sleep area but looked beautifully when stowed away.
Only thing that took little adjustment was no AC but with the portable fans provided and windows open, we were comfortable as the weather was great.

Very well appointed condo in the north end. Right in Main Street next door to the Canteen and other great restaurants/bars/shops in Breck. We were here for Oktoberfest and had no issues whatsoever. The checkin communication with SMR was excellent. Yes, there is an issue with the refrigerator tripping the breaker. Just flip the breaker on (which is right next to the frig) - no problem. The parking lot entrance is located BEHIND THE CONDO in the alley. Access from French St or Wellington St. Great stay - we’ll be back.

Our stay at the Edelweiss Gondola Condo (Main Street Breck) was a welcome delight. Accommodations were everything we needed for a fun, restful and relaxing stay in Breckenridge. The Condo was perfectly located to allow for quick easy access to Breck, gondolas, restaurants, shops and the Riverwalk Center. Management company was professional and responsive. We did not want to leave this little piece of heaven. Loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Visited my brother in Breck and this location was PERFECT! The layout makes the condo seem so much bigger than it is and it had everything we needed. We could walk everywhere and you can’t beat the price! The washer/dryer did not work and the property management gave us some tips to fix it, it still didn’t work but it was the evening before we were leaving and we got back to the condo pretty late so we didn’t worry about it since we were leaving the next morning. They were very quick to respond to any questions so I’m positive they would’ve come out to fix it promptly if we were staying longer. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place!!
You can’t get a better location than this condo!! It was right on Main Street across the street from the gondolas. Tons of shopping, parks, hiking and restaurants right out the door. We had the best trip to Brek in July!! Such a blast for me and my husband and our 7 year old! Highly recommend this unit, it was spotless and just like the pics or even better!! Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

Would definitely stay here again
All around this property is perfect for a trip to Breck. The unit is located on Main Street so everything in town is walkable and it's just 1.5 blocks from the free BreckConnect Gondola that'll take you to the base of Peak 7 & 8. It actually takes longer to drive to the gondola than it does to walk. The unit also has 1 dedicated parking spot which is HUGE when staying downtown. Parking can be a real nightmare in Breck so the parking spot makes everything easier. The check-in process was also super easy. I give this property extra points for offering a Moccamaster coffee maker, but (pro tip) be sure to bring your own #4 cone filters because there weren't any available in the unit. In the past I've always stayed at The Village due to its proximity to the base of Peak 9 and included parking, but from now on this will be my preferred location.
