When I write a review I write from the perspective of a mom with kids ages 6 & 9. This is a wonderful place to stay with kids. The outdoor pool is heated & the hot tub waterfalls into the pool! I dislike sitting in an indoor pool area, so an outdoor heated pool was a must! The next best thing was walking (maybe 3 minutes) to the park so the kids could play on the playground. And to make it even more fun, a few steps away from the playground is the marina where we got snow cones! The kids room had bunk beds that were both double/full size with a smart TV. My husband & sat out on the patio every chance we got because the view of the lake surrounded by mountains never got old. We met several people that own condos in this complex and they were sooo nice! Our kids made friends with their kids & played out in the green space. It was a quiet complex - the loudest noise was the garbage truck! Seriously, so peaceful. We could hear the concerts at the amphitheater (part of the park we walked to), but that was a perk! The kids room is on the opposite side of the unit, so it didn’t bother them & the concerts stop at 10:00pm anyway. The last thing I want to review is the kitchen. It had a huge workspace with a all brand new appliances & the pans & knives were good quality. We stay in condos when we travel so we can eat meals at home, and this kitchen set up was great! If you’re staying on a Friday, then walk a few blocks to the Farmer’s Market! This property is the BEST location.

This property was perfect for long weekend trip with sisters to catch a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. Loved the patio, pool was great for hot day, access to walking/bike path can’t be beat! Would love to return someday!

This place is a great spot to stay if visiting the surrounding ski resorts. There was enough room inside for everyone to hang out and watch tv or eat at the table. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was so nice at the end of the day.

Great proximity to shopping and skiing. STUNNING view. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and xbox! Jonell was extremely responsive; a great stay, thank you!

Waking up every morning and having a cup of coffee on the couch looking at the mountains/lake was amazing! Perfect walking distance to restaurants/bars in Dillon. Good location to many ski hills!

Great location in Dillon near dozens of restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes drive. Easy to get to Keystone, Breckenridge (all highway), Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek as well. (Highway + I70). The unit is HUGE will a very large full kitchen and enormous living room space with an extra size sectional couch plus comfy chair, dining table, countertop seating and two full bathrooms. It felt large and we are a family of 5. Plenty of outlets everywhere to charge electronics and WiFi is included. Each room has a TV as well connected to the internet making it easy to watch any streaming service. The heat is great as no one in our family was cold and the unit has a humidifier. Laundry and dryer machines are located down the hall however is free to use. If you have skis/boots/poles/helmets, there is a space in the entryway with mats so that the equipment can dry out overnight. Always plenty of parking and the place is very quiet at night. All amenities included (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and facial tissues so one doesn’t have to bring / buy those items. The hosts are extremely responsive and quick to any questions that you may have. Will stay again for our next ski trip!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at Jonell's beautiful condo in Dillon. The location is perfect. Its a quick drive to Breck, Frisco, and many of the less crowded ski locations. We took many of her recommendations on places to see, restaurants, things to do, and ski locations. We did so much in three days and absolutely loved every minute. The condo itself is fantastic. Very comfortable, quiet, spacious, and the view from the living room is just unbeatable. We can't wait to go back, and I will be checking for availability with Jonell first, it's truly the perfect place for a family getaway.

What a wonderful stay we had!!! The condo was great and just as described. Was well appointed and perfect for our long weekend. The views take the cake though!!! Pictures don't do justice. Incredible, peaceful, beautiful!! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks so much!!

This rental had it all. One of the best features was the magnificent view of the lake and the mountains which we loved looking at every morning. It is close distance to many of the ski resorts. The host responded immediately when I had a question and the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Will definitely rent again when we return for our next visit.

Well located to ski Keystone, Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek (Epic Pass). Fantastic view from the condo. Condo super clean, you will find all you need in the condo if you want cooking. Beds very comfortable. The owners respond rapidly to email. 100% satisfied.

The condo was perfect for our family ski trip. The view of the lake was magnificent, the beds were first rate, and it was convenient to A Basin. We would like to return in the summer.

Great property and location.
The condo and beds was clean (a very important aspect for me) and had all the amenities - from board games to humidifier to hot chocolate. The views of Dillion lake are amazing from this condo. The property managers were great at communicating and answered my question about parking promptly.
I would recommend this place and would certainly come back and stay again!

Nothing quite like having morning coffee on your patio with a view that overlooks Dillon Reservoir with Tenmile Range in the background! This condo was perfect for our group and was close to tons of mountain biking and even closer to the Dillon Amphitheater! Can't wait to return soon.

With views and accommodations like this, it’s hard to motivate! Took a trip to Copper Mountain, dinner in Breck, pontoon shuttle to Frisch, walked the shore, sat by the pool. It’s just lovely! Thank you for sharing
