Everything that OYO provide is superb. For sure I will repeat again to stay here next time. Keep up and maintain a good service.

The location is near to the town and malls.

We booked two rooms. The first room was okay. However, in the second room, the water heater has malfunctioned. I tried to change to another room but they were fully booked. The receptionist (man) was not friendly enough. We pushed the button two or three times since the receptionist was not at the counter. When he came out from the back he looked so... (mcm tak nak layan orang) and we felt so disrespected.

family room was good and very spacious. surrounding area also good... just behind the shopping mall... many restaurants and groceries shop.

call the hotel few times and nobody pick up the call. toilet in the room was smelt very bad... no hook to hang the towel or shirt or pants... nobody at check in counter while arriving at hotel... have to call the person and wait. payment only accept cash

1)Spacious room 2)clean bedsheet 3) walking distance to shops restaurants and stalls

1) bad smell from the toilet so pls on the exhaust fan to eliminate the odour Other than that, tip top with the price offered

Cleanliness

No tissue. Staff & hotel not easy to contact

Near the mall n other facilities. Very clean. Will repeat again later.
