This was the perfect stay for our girl's trip. Great location, close to everything. Plenty of great eating options, convenient grocery and liquor stores and a quick and easy ride to downtown. Perfectly met our needs.

Very nice place! The 3rd floor deck was super cool, lots of space, very clean. Would love to come back for a girls weekend, as we were just passing through for 1 night.

We loved the house. The house was just as the pictures showed. Very clean and spacious! You are 3.4 miles from Broadway, so very close to the boulevard. When we got to the house, the owners had it decorated for St. Patrick’s Day, which we loved since we came to celebrate that occasion. The location was perfect. Easy check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this property! We will look for this place every time we come from here on out.

The property fit our needs well with three adult couples and their dogs. The large living area/kitchen and bedrooms and baths were exactly what we needed for our family time. The property had everything we needed, however it is "well worn" and you can tell that it has been a rental for some time. The location was good/close to everything we needed. We were able to sit outside on the rooftop patio one day, however we were not able use the fireplace. Overall, a good property for large groups and if you have pets.

I recently stayed at the Greystone property in Melrose on the outskirts of Nashville with my wife and 6 other couples. The property is very spacious with a modern vibe, complete with 2 bedrooms with ensuites and 2 bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. The large kitchen and outdoor deck make entertaining in a simple pleasure.

Our family met from multiple states for a 4 day visit. It was very spacious, the multiple bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect. We also could hop in the car and be in the heart of Broadway in just a few minutes. Location has several stores and restaurants nearby, even a urgent care ( which we used ) . Had we wanted to come for a winter stay there are plenty of things to do right at the condo. The only thing that we did not like was the multiple highly fragrant air fresheners. The sheets were nice and crisp and very clean. The washer and dryer upstairs is perfect, you can pack light . The dogs did get to come with us and enjoyed the vacation with us. I cant imagine putting my dog in a cage at a kennel for 4 days! I would recommend this location,!

We are all over 60 and the stairs were a little riff to get out belonging up to the bedrooms. We had a few problems taking showers one time the water got really cold and another time the water shut off completely. Other than that it was a very comfortable place to stay.

We picked this VRBO for its beauty, spaciousness (4 large bedrooms) and close proximity to downtown Nashville, surrounding neighborhoods and airport. The house was perfect for six of us. The neighborhood is nice and the street is quiet. The house was well stocked, plenty of water bottles (greatly appreciated, it was hot in May), towels, snacks, paper goods and even laundry detergent. Lots of games and Jenga too! Prior to arrival a video/walk through of the house was emailed. The house was exactly as described and looked like the photos only better! The ceilings are high, all bedrooms and bathrooms were spread out and were large, spacious and beautiful and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The large outdoor deck is on the 3rd floor and had a great view, couch, grill, cool gas fireplace and huge flat screen TV. We had a mini- van that fit in the garage but it was a tight fit and took a bit of maneuvering to enter and exit since the driveway between the houses is pretty narrow. David was great to work with, answered all my questions before we arrived and even provided a food tour recommendation (Secret Food Tours Nashville - Shawn), which was excellent. He was responsive at all times for property questions. The house cleaners were super nice and the kept the house spotless. I highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway--visiting our college student. The house was very comfortable and perfectly located. We would take trips to the city (come back to the house to meet up with family) and then head back out to the city. It was so close to the grocery store--and we kept the tradition of having to run to the grocery store multiple times Thanksgiving morning! It was only a 4 minute drive--better than home! We highly recommend and the owners were so kind and nice to work with. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

We picked this VRBO for it's location, ease of getting to downtown Nashville, quick Uber rides. The house was perfect for 4 couples, sadly our weekend rained so we didn't get to enjoy the deck with a grill, nice seating and games. The house was well stocked, prior to arrival a video/walk through of the house was emailed. I wish every VRBO owner did this. It provided us with a visual of the supplies provides and lay out of the house. If you have a large vehicle it's tight parking. We had a 15 passenger van, we were able to drive between the buildings and park in back. Davis responded very quickly to messages and a phone call r/t parking when we arrived. I would def rent again!
