Wonderful cabin with a fantastic layout. We enjoyed the zip line located in the neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Large grill on the deck was very clean and well kept. Mattresses were very comfortable. Theater room was nice too! Would definitely go back, great property.

We had a surprise birthday for my mom & fit all 11 of us into the house comfortably. It was a great location & we enjoyed everything it had to offer. The highlight of the trip was the zip line that was so close!

Stunning view. Gorgeous cabin. Home away from home with everything you need at your fingertips. Enjoyed watching zipliners off the back porch and looked forward to daily visits from feeding deer in back yard. Could not have asked for more!!

Our family stayed for a week in June. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The cabin was perfect, lots of room for everyone. The views are gorgeous! We highly recommend this beautiful vacation spot! Thank you to our host!

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend with some of our children and their significant others. the cabin was amazing! The view was amazing! The game room was amazing! It was convenient to town and everything worked as described. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our "26th" Annual Couples Retreat to the Gatlinburg/Sevierville area and l found this cute cabin that the 8 of us just enjoyed.
The cabin is beautiful and very spacious and the modern decor and details don't take away from the actual cabin feeling that we love. The porches are amazing and the whole vibe was very warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed the cabin and each other which made this one for the book 😁

From the time we walked through the door, everyone was drawn to the beautiful view of the smoky mountains. The multi bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our large party. The house was very warm and inviting to the point that we preferred to stay in and cook rather than go out. We would definitely come back and stay again.

If you want to see some beautiful Tennessee sunsets and some beautiful sun rises and you want a clean cabin with all the amenities then this is the place for you. Everything was as described. The owner keeps a well maintained beautiful home. I know there are plenty of things to do in the general vicinity but we really tried to just spend some time at the house and unwind. IT’s everything and more most people could want or need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rick for offering up your home and providing us with a first class experience.

This property fit our whole family and was absolutely perfect. It came equipped with baby gates for the stares too which was great as we have 2 babies that are now crawling around and we forgot to bring ours. Kid friendly and very close to everything we wanted to do. Rick was easy to work with and we had a great time. Will stay again! Thank you!

The house was amazing! It provided a beautiful back drop to a perfect extended weekend for our 4th son's wedding. Our whole family was able to stay together in one spot , including 2 young grandsons and their great grandmother! We were able to host out of town guests for meals . There was so much to do in the house we really didn't even need to leave outside of wedding events.Time on the porch was incredible both for relaxing as well as gorgeous pictures! Would definitely return if another occasion arises!

We had 5 couples to our group and this cabin was absolutely perfect. Our only regret is that we left to do the typical tourist things and didn't spend all of our time here. It is the perfect place to sit back and "don't worry - be happy" while enjoying friends and family.
The owner was super responsive and answered all of our random questions. The pictures and description in the posting were spot on. We all loved the fully stocked kitchen, theatre room, huge tv and many recliners in the living room, wrap around porch and hot tub. The cabin location was just a short distance to many local things.
A huge shout out to Rick and his fabulous cabin for helping make a friends trip full of memories that will not be forgotten!

The Tennessee Sunset is a beautiful cabin!! We were 4 couple traveling for a “reunion”. The cabin was immaculate!! Well stocked with a “starter supply” of toiletries and items needed for the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We used the grill, it worked very well!! The game room was so much fun and the theater was was great!!
Cabin was located close to everything! We had spectacular panoramic views of the mountains.

Beautiful cabin for a perfect getaway! Views are breathtaking. Kids loved watching folks go down the zip line. Very clean, everything was exactly as seen in the listing. Location was perfect. Rick responded quickly to inquiries. We would rent again!

Absolutely loved the cabin! We had the best time with our family! There was so much room and plenty of fun things to do! The pool table, air hockey table, and theater room were a hit! I would definitely stay here again! We saw some deer by the fire pit too!

I must say we were more than impress with the house. It truly lives up to description and then some. Whether your party consists of adults as ours were. Or you have kids, it accommodates everyone. Not to mention, it is very close to all types of activities, entertainment, and restaurants you would enjoy either in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. My wife & I would recommend this property 10 out 10. Rick the owner was fantastic throughout the process both prior and during our stay there.

Our family (including our father, mother, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandsons) went for spring break. This cabin was perfect. In fact, my father had a stroke 6 days before we were to leave for our trip. He decided to go but has had to use a walker since the stroke and this cabin actually had a ramp and stairs. So…he was able to make the trip. Our 8 yr old grandson loved the game room and we had 3 movie nights in the theater room…awesome. Location was perfect to get to everywhere and we enjoyed watching the zip-liners. Everybody said this was our favorite cabin and we plan to return back to this same cabin. The property owner always responded timely. We took kitchen items but we didn’t have to because the cabin was stocked with everything you could need! Great place!

We had a wonderful week of vacation spending time together with family. The cabin was so clean and very spacious! The kids loved the games and the theater room downstairs! The mountain views were breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing place. As a group of four couples, finding a cabin large enough for us all with room to work is hard sometimes. Just because it "sleeps 12" doesn't mean its very comfy for 12! This house has a true 4 master bedrooms, extra baths, a large table, huge bar, everything about it is perfect! We will stay here again and again! Oh and its easy to find and access, the check in was easy, the cleaning crew is awesome, the owner is great! Five stars all the way!

There was a couple minor issues. Maybe user error but we couldn’t get the fire pit to work one night but not a big deal. My wife was going to use the soaker tub one night and tiny black flakes were coming out with the water. We tried to run the water a couple times to see if it would clear up and did for the most part. Water also had a yellowish tint to it and left a residue ring in tub after draining. Once again not a big deal just thought you should know in case you want to get it looked at. We loved every minute in the cabin and being in Tennessee once again and can’t wait to visit next year!! Thanks for having ours families enjoy your beautiful cabin!!!

This was our first reunion with my family of me, my husband, two daughters with their hobbies and kids. WE all enjoyed the stay, the place, the nature and cleanliness of the house.

I have rented several cabins before in various locations and I can say this cabin has been the best. The cabin offered several different common areas to fellowship and plenty of space to entertain. My family and friends felt very comfortable in this lovely cabin.

We had a wonderful stay at Tennessee Sunset. The cabin was perfect for our holiday vacation. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! The main tree was a sight to see upon arrival! Very nicely done. We loved the gorgeous trees and the festive holiday decor placed throughout all 3 levels. Great layout for all. Spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and en suite bath worked out perfectly for our group of 6. Comfy couches and beds, Lots of little details and thoughtful touches. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Stunning sunrises and sunsets from the back deck. We would definitely stay again. Communication was spot on and we were super impressed with how easy and stress-free the owners/property managers made our stay.

The Tennessee Sunset is a spectacular home…. Especially for 4 couples to share plenty of space, with the 4 Master suites— its perfect! We arrived a little early and Terry was busy preparing the cabin for our stay—the cabin was meticulously clean— just amazing!
We especially appreciated being able to ALL sit at the same beautiful dining table for our meals — we ate almost every meal in .. since its so difficult to have seating for 8 in the restaurant setting. We even shared an early “ Friendsgiving Meal “ together and it was simply fabulous in this beautiful home with such a majestic view!

This was our second time staying at this cabin. It was just as clean and perfect as it was last year. The weather was warm for November, but we still utilized the hot tub and the outdoor firepit. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a Harry Potter movie-thon in the theater room. We were even able to spot a bear from the deck! We will be back next year!

Loved this beautiful cabin but it is so nice I should call it a home! The many master suites all had very comfy beds, lots of comfy seating in great room. Beautiful views and close to activities. Owners very attentive to detail and making sure our stay was wonderful!

The overall consensus of all four couples is that this was THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and WELL EQUIPPED VRBO in which we have ever stayed. The four master bedroom suites were phenomenal and perfect for each couple. The game room, theater, hot tub, porches, living areas and kitchen were masterfully decorated. The view from our location was phenomenal. There is nothing more for which we could have asked. We thank you for allowing us to dwell in the beauty and comfort of your home. My sisters of the heart and I met in Tennessee for a reunion, along with our spouses. We were so impressed by Tennessee Sunset. The house was immaculate and well supplied. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everyone of us said “We could live here for the rest of our lives!”
