Near pantai teluk kemang, 7E shop, eating restaurant just a walk..favourite MHR Burger restaurant..lift in building..big room space..
Deposit cash is needed for stay..shampoo in bottle..just cofee for late drink..

A stay Only for a good Location amd Comfy bed.
Along way from down lift to up smelly and not clean.
Bathroom not clean.
Tv channels not clear and limited only for Malay programmes.
No mirror for dressing,only 1 in the bathroom difficult to share if with family when getting ready to go out for a events.
No cupboards or a place to keep things in a family room.
Food stalls around not multirasional.

old mattress and old pillow. the mattress is collapsed on the center. i booked triple room. both mattress was collapsed. i stayed at 3rd so noisy during night. the sound happened till 5am. there are ppl in and out all night with door open close sound from downstair. not comfortable at all !

no toothbrush provided,wifi not working,Aircon not working well,no available staff to ask for help

Location strategic, many of variety restaurants around near from hotel.
Improve facilities perhaps like television in full HD & variety other channels. Provide ironing in every level.

Aircon no cool,Room floor cleaning is not clean and found a lot of sand and dust.

Room - clean and tidy
Location - near Teluk Kemang, easy access to Pantai Cahaya Negeri, fun fair and loads of shops
Parking - a lot of parking in front of the hotel available on a first come first serve basis (public parking)
Amenities - restaurants just next door, bank 10m away from the hotel, laundry 8m away, 7-eleven just in front of the hotel
If the hotel have outdoor water supply it'd be great so that we don't dirty the lobby floor after coming back from the beach.

Comfort bed. Very easy deal with the staff. Quiet place and very privacy. Near shop, bank and restaurants. Easy to book grab car.
Space is small. Tv remote is not functioning. Air-condition was too loud.
