Furniture and other items are old. It should be clean.

Tv box, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, free parking, starbucks at the ground floor, near to the town, spacious unit, easy check in with clear instructions

Stains in the bathroom; sofa is not confortable to sit, probably broken but covered up tightly; only 3 lifts working, had fun waiting the lift.

Good location.

The maintenance of the unit can be improved. Shower holder was loosened. One of the lift was not working, some guests were trapped in the lift. Another lift has broken down the next day! Packing space is quite limited and the drive way is narrow.

Love the peaceful ambiance & convenience layout of the property.

Small parking space

1. The apartment was clean and it was spacious. 2. Beds were comfortable. 3. Close to many eateries (driving range about 5 mins) 4. Room aircond was good and cold. 5. Water pressure was good. 6. TV had netflix and youtube and the children and adults enjoyed.

1. We had 2 cars that travelled for this trip. Parking for 1 car is available in the building however the 2nd car we had to park outside. Parking was troublesome as it was a public parking area and not enough bays. 2. Waiting for the lift was sometimes long as 1 of the lifts was not working out of 4 lifts. 3. Building not exactly wheelchair friendly.

The space is clean & comfortable. It's in the centre of the most attraction places at Penang. And the host is super duper helping 🤍

It show that suitable for 6 pax but 2 person was out of pillow.Even they looking for Rm100 deposit without mention in early. Check in time 3pm and check out time is 11.30am. Even ask me to clean the rubbish when I check out.

Everything is good.. the host is very helpful.. but if possible the sofa bed should change to a good couch..

Room

Property was close to the city centre, getting a grab to go around town was convenient. There is a starbucks and convenience store at the lobby, which was great, and the property is within walking distance to many yummy places like Ivy’s Nyonya Cuisine and Dong Guan Kopitiam. The view from the 29th floor was pretty good and the property was clean.

The toiletries do not include showering gels. It would be better if there was a small soap rack in the shower instead of dripping the water out. Took a while to familiarise myself with the many switches

It is a 1 bedroom studio apartment but converted into 2 bedrooms by putting a wall blocking the view and daylight. The sitting room is very dark if you don't switch the lights. The shower has no enclosure making the bathroom floor wet after taking shower. There no cooker hood, so ventilation would be poor if you want to cook. The kitchen is only for boiling things.

The location of the property is very central. The owner ensured that the unit was cleaned first so that my family was able to check in early. It was a very kind gesture which was much appreciated. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Very spacious with a big balcony where one can enjoy the seaview. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. There is Netflix provided and my family loves the little pool table which provided much entertainment and family bonding. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was a lovely place to stay for our holiday. This will be our go to place to stay when we come to Penang again.

The seaview is partially blocked by another property in front. Parking lot was provided. But the drive up to the lot was small and narrow. Nothing much can be done I suppose because of the way it was designed.
