Sijainti hyvä, mutta hotelli todella sokkeloinen. Autopaikasta piti maksaa mutta lumitöitä ei oltu tehty.

Aamiaisella oli kylmiä karjalanpiirakoita. Ei ollut edes mitään mahdollisuutta lämmittää niitä. Hedelmiä oli todella vähän

This time we had the room on the old building part and the room was located on the street site personally, since I am a very light sleeper it was too noisy, I had earplugs on yet I could hear the noise from the trucks that were cleaning streets from the snow and then earlier in the morning the trams.

Majoituimme tilavassa duo-huoneessa. Kiva sisustus, tilava kylpyhuone. Hyvä aamiainen.

Sängyssä oli paljon tyynyjä löhöilyyn, mutta nukkumiseen tarkoitetut tyynyt olivat jo aika kehnot. Oli pikkujouluaika, joten pöytää kahdelle ei ravintolasta löytynyt. Kun maksaa 20€/vrk koiramaksua olisi kiva, jos huoneessa olisi koiran juomakuppi.

In einer ruhigen Lage wurde ein alten Gebäude in ein modernes Hotel umgebaut. Das Hotel liegt am Rand von einer alten Maschinenfabrik. Die ganze Gegend wird komplett renoviert und hat künftig eine junge Szene mit netten Bars und Restaurants.

Helposti saavutettavissa Pasilan asemalta (noin vartin kävelymatka) ja sijainti rauhallisella Vallilan konepajan alueella, liikenteen ääni ei kuulunut. Hotellin lounge oli viihtyisä ja tervetulodrinkki hauska yksityiskohta kokonaisuudessa. Hotellilta todella lyhyt matka Kulttuuritalon tapahtumaan. Harmi, että kattoterassi oli jo suljettu, mutta ensi kesänä sitten "testiin" sekin. Ravintola Albino oli oikein tunnelmallinen ja viihtyisä, hyvää ruokaa ja maistuvia viinejä. Samassa ravintolan tiloissa aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen, erittäin hyvää uuniohrapuuroa ja vanhan ajan lihapiirakka maistuvaa. Hyvä sänky ja hyvät tyynyt. Positiivinen kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan!

Standard-huoneen suihkutila ehkä hieman epäkäytännöllinen, kun käyt suihkussa, vesi roiskuu kyllä joka puolelle. Suihkuseinä voisi olla leveämpi. Lisäksi lavuaarin ympärillä voisi olla enemmän "laskutilaa", mutta hyvin tultiin toimeen näilläkin.

Hotelli oli ensiluokkainen. Aamiainen oli juuri sopivan monipuolinen ja laadukas, aamiaistila oli ihanan rauhallinen tunnelmallisine kynttilöineen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Huone oli tyylikäs ja sopivan kokoinen ja sopivasti varusteltu. Hotellin palvelut olivat monipuoliset. Sijainti oli loistava, plussaa omasta pysäköintipaikasta. Kaikenkaikkiaan erinomainen hotellikokemus. Suosittelen.

Alkuun en meinannu löytää sisäänkäyntiä parkkialueelle, mutta henkilökunnan opastuksella sekin löytyi sitten hyvin.

clean - very comfortable bed and pillows - location (10 min walk from Mall of Tripla, and it's very close to different bus/tram stops) - hairdryer provided - very nice fridge - large smart TV - there was a small safe - high quality organic toiletries - quite good customer service (apart from the party issue). We asked for an iron and an ironing board, and it was provided, as well as some extra towels + we asked to change the bedding at our arrival because there was some hair in it, and they did it immediately - hygiene shower (however, it worked in a strange way: you have to turn on the water in the sink to be able to use it, we haven't seen that before) - chairs in the room and a small table

- there were very loud parties at the hotel (apparently there's a rooftop bar on the 5th floor), and we could hear everything on the 2nd floor (once around 8-10, another time till 11). No one warned us about it, so it was a bit of a shock, and no one did anything about it even after our 3rd time of going down to reception and asking them to take care of it, so if you want a quiet relaxing evening, it can't be guaranteed. We could hear the music and terrible bass even through the TV being on pretty loudly. - there's no phone in the room, so you can't contact reception. Every time you have any questions or requests, you have to go downstairs all the way to the 1st floor. The entire hotel is basically a long hallway, so it can take you quite a while to get there (it took me 3-5 minutes from room 224) - "soundproof walls" turned out to be not true - there were no slippers in the room - if you need a bathrobe, you're gonna have to pay 5 euros to just be able to use it - no closet/wardrobe in the room, no room for your clothes (apart from 5 hangers) - there wasn't enough lighting in the room - no drying rack in the bathroom - no water or kettle in the room (however, we asked for boiled water, and it was kindly provided) - the wifi worked weirdly, it randomly disconnected asking to sign in after we had already done that (sometimes multiple times in one evening)

Both the room and the hotel overall were absolutely spotless. The towels fluffy and the bed comfy. There were always staff at the front desk who were friendly and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward. Of course the sauna and steam room go without saying!

In terms of location, it wasn't ideal. Access to the city centre is easy, with trams running every 10 minutes or a pleasant 30 minute walk. However there are very few restaurants or cafe's nearby (some had short opening hours) and we found it difficult to ensure we had enough to eat. Breakfast was particularly difficult to find anywhere other than the hotel, for 20 euros. This is the main reason for rating 7. If this isn't going to be an issue for you, consider this hotel a 9. Our room had a wet room, which meant that after one of us had showered the whole floor was wet. There was a squeegee, but this wasn't enough and the floor remained damp for quite some time. This meant that anyone entering the room had to accept getting wet feet!

The bed was comfortable, the linens were lovely and clean, there were many large fluffy pillows. I felt like a sickly king in the best possible way. Clean bathroom. Plenty of towels provided. I'm very fussy about lighting, but the soft bathroom light was very pleasant. Having access to a laundry room was great too! Everyone at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was given the option to move to a higher floor during check-in, which was super nice :)

Lights in the bedroom were all very bright, even when dimmed. The hotel is a bit labarynthine, but I appreciated the directions provided during check-in. Drinks at reception were steeply priced, though when your tap water is this good, why not? I do wish the hooks in the bathroom were a little bigger so it would be easier to hang a toiletry bag from them. While I'm glad it's there at all, the laundry machine is a slow beast and there is only the one.

Soft beds, nice shower, lovely sauna and very kind and helpful staff. A 12 minute walk away is the Pasila train station and various tram- and busstops are even closer!

The rooftop bar was rented for private parties a few days so we couldn't go there.

Super clean, extremely friendly staff, tv with phone pairing and free WiFi allowed the kids to watch all their favorite shows, simple but oh so tasty breakfast, bunkbeds were a hit for my daughters, fantastic location between all the cool places for kids and diners, restaurants, playgrounds. We stayed for two nights and never got around to try out the saunas and gym but I am pretty sure those are awesome as well. All 8 thumbs up from our family.

Bathroom was quite tiny, but it was modern clean, and the room itself was bigger because of it so a win from other angle.

The room was large, clean and and modern with a great bed. The hotel had a lot of accomodations to suit anyone's needs. I was especially impressed by the communal kitchen, although I didn't get to use it myself. The area is interesting for young people/ people who like to go out, but if you want complete silence for sleeping you probably won't get it here.

The breakfast was very Nordic, which is nice if you want to try it (once) while visiting but not worth it otherwise. I would not get it again and I definitely wouldn't pay so much for it. For 40e you could get a much better restaurant quality breakfast for a couple, rather than eat cold hard boiled eggs and porridge.

The fact happened to be much better than expectations! The best cleaning I have ever seen. The room is spacious, well equipped, furniture is pretty new and really comfortable. Absolutely quite despite the walking people outside.

location is very although bit outside of the center of Helsinki but you have a nice restaurant in the hotel and some really nice bars around there. The staff was super friendly and I really appreciated their afternoon "tea" :) on Friday afternoon when arriving at the hotel. I was traveling with a small dog and I appreciate what they offered for my dog also a one-time fee for a pet is awesome instead of paying a fee per night. When we need a hotel in the future in Helsinki we will stay here without any doubt. Also, the hotel room was super quiet, bed was big and comfortable. Very happy with everything!!
